More of a theoretical question, but how exactly does Google determine these factors? Especially the expected CTR? I think Ad relevance is easy to understand, but what would you do to improve the expected CTR or optimise the landing page experience? Thanks.
Ad Rank itself will be factor of your position and part of the actual Equation of what you pay. Why wouldn't you not consider it as a determining factor in ad rank and ultimately part of the auction. Max cpc X Quality score= Ad rank
is he actually true? the quality score doesn't have any effect on CPC? I don't think so. Ad platform always prefers advertisers with high CTR. high CTR means ad relevancy = high CPM. High CPM = more profits for publishers. and they have to worry about customer satisfaction too since some advertisers use click baits. That means landing page experience = more customer satisfaction. everybody needs to be happy. So, everything is related. do you still think quality score does not have an impact on CPC?

Ad Rank = CPC Bid x Quality Score.
It means that Quality Score does affect your Google Ads performance 🤯
It's a simplified version for ad rank but there are other things also that affects ad rank.
