    DIY Adjustable Slider Push Block for the Table Saw Fence. I combine my fence with push block so this push block more stabile and easy for use. This sliding Block has a adjustable Hight and replaceable Support Width. I made a hand push block to use the table saw safely.
    this is really help me for working and I am very pleased with the results and would recommend making one yourself

    The use of solid, 3D diagrams makes is easy to clearly visualize each component.

    Just a tip, if you're going to countersink with spade bits, drill them before you drill the through-hole. That keeps your center more accurately.

    Tip: Before inserting and gluing the bolts into the stock, you should have threaded nuts onto the bolts. You can then restore the threads by removing the nuts after cutting the bolt heads off

    Excellent Safety Tool! Thanks for sharing. Can you tell us what HMR stands for? I've never seen this green engineered material so it may not be available in US or may go by a different name.

    ここに登場した薄緑色の材料は何ですか?粉体は人体には影響しないですか?ベニヤ板やMDF材等の合板と比較しての人体への影響と材料としての長短はどうですか?どなたか教えて下さい。

      this material call HMR, this is partical board but have exopy that why more solid, flat and waterproff. ifor contact on skin all okay but i recomended use respirator mask or give blower on workshop. But i really like this material very easy use, precision, solid and super flat that why i use this for make jig.
      i think all dust not good healty

    All your projects are extremely simple and well explained! Great!
    But, you're lucky to have HMR, it's not available here in Argentina, just plain MDF...
    Even plywood is a shit here, very poor quality... I'll see what I can get to build one of your jigs
    Keep uploading videos

      I dont know maybe you can check on Lowes, HMR new material, i think still difficult found that.

    • @stuffoflardohfortheloveof

      It’s simply High Moisture Resistant mdf board.....nothing special really....can’t see why it needs to be hmr instead of normal mdf

    • @plywoodworking
      @plywoodworking  4 роки тому

      I think very different MDF and HMR, mdf not durable from water and not solid like HMR, i try drowning on water 3x24 jam and on direct sun 3 x 24 still same shape. Have grade on HMR you can choice what you want.
      What about MDF😅 can durable like that?

    • @stuffoflardohfortheloveof
      @stuffoflardohfortheloveof 4 роки тому

      plywoodworking either you’ve missed the point or they’ve invented a table saw and fence that works in water 🙂

    • @plywoodworking
      @plywoodworking  4 роки тому

      @@stuffoflardohfortheloveof you say same like MDF, just for info that different. i think durable more good. that your choice will be use this or not

      it's High Moisture Resistance particle board, like regular MDF but with a moisture resistant resin impregnated during the manufacturing process, generally used in bathrooms or where their is a high moisture content.
