I made fence system lock with angel 26 degree/64 degre, this is make easy smooth, stabil and strong, why i not use 45 degree, if i use 45 degree more hard for move and not durable ans strong like 26 degree. i combine that with toggle clamp and extra addtional look on back fence for make stabil and strong
this is really help me for working and I am very pleased with the results and would recommend making one yourself

One of the best DIY fence that is perhaps as good if not better than the legendary "BIESMEYER" fence. Lots of parts and layout but certainly will stand the test of time. BTW, what is HMR? Not sure whether it is sold here in the US. Hope it is not the same as MDF or Particleboard which is great for flat stock but not very good in all diamensions

not like on your country get table saw in my country very diffcult and expensive, i bought stanley why coz good for price but still have quality, i know have dewalt on my country but type dewalt not like on internasional type DWE 747 ,i dont like the type and the price expensive, if i can get right table saw on my country with good quality and good price i will change my table saw with more HP, but for now i like the result my modification table saw

Nice video, I will try for my cheap einhell table saw. Two questions. In my country (Spain) is very difficult to found HDF. You think MDF will do the work? And the second. Wich glue you use for aluminum/wood bond? It doesn´t seem epoxy. Thank you so much!
MDF can handle that but you need give extra protection coz MDF not durable with weather. for glue use PVaC type
best step by step video and how to with measurements I have found on UA-cam yet, for an awesome fence system! Thank you sir for your time, expertise, and sharing with the rest of us. Mad respect. Excellent!! You are a brilliant woodworker and you even found a way to communicate with those of us whose first language is English. The table saw table and fence system is a pretty nice upgrade for a small table saw. I may have to do something like that for my Dewalt 745 table saw!! Consider me subscribed!

Hello: I would very much like to know more about the fence lock/lever you use; i'v been having real problems finding a seller with the right size for this size fence; i did purchase one, when it arrived it looked like something for a doll house; i have it in a jar as a reminder of all the wrong things I buy when I don't know the actual name or size that i need, can you help me, I like this fence, the details ARE very good and well planned; I cannot complain although maybe you could use some improvements on the voice level BUT i do have hearing problems; I'll appreciate any help you can provide, thanks again Michael C.

Great build and video. Does the fence automatically square to the blade when you clamp it, or do you have to adjust it and ensure it's re-squared every time you move the fence for a new cut?

for the length give extra 150mm or minimum 100mm for the dimension yout top table, no need same use 880mm

What's the model number of the toggle clamp?
There's a dozen different sizes on eBay so I need the model number to get the right one.

I forget about type but this toggle clamp can hold 650 kg that enough for fence. This is vertical toggle clamp if i found the link i will share
Nice job, but would be very expensive to make in the UK, as the price of materials would be prohibitive if buying just for this project alone. Might just be viable if you had enough stock of MDF and aluminium sheet left over from other projects. However the building, and accuracy are impressive.
Thank you very much, I agree this material is expensive but very durable and flatten that is why I am using this material for the fence. MDF is good but not too durable. Maybe I recommend using HDF.

sorry i cant do that, only small people hate the voice maybe only 20% -25 hate the voice but 75% no problem with that. i not foucs on voice over buat i focus on video and animtion more better good on that than good on voice but annoying on video and graphic

Klo ini jelasinya agk panjang mas, emg sedikit bedha cara pasamgya br magnetya berfungsi
please don't wear cut resistant gloves, especially, or gloves of any kind around power tools, they are a very tough fabric and can get caught in the blade. As a butcher by trade we would never wear gloves working at the saws or near any rotating equipment. Wear them when you are working with knives and chisels, they are not puncture resistant so will not stop a sharp point but will prevent a slicing cut. Once again, DO NOT WEAR GLOVES AROUND ROTATING EQUIPMENT!

Is HMR the same as MDF?
Almost Same but different hmr (high moisture resisten) upgrade from mdf, combine from partical with resin. That why hmr waterproof, solid and flaten

Ok. Probably a dumb question, but I’ll be the one to ask it.... what is HMR???
Ok. I’ll answer my own question. HMR stands for “High Moisture Resistance” It is a form of MDF, but is a water resistant version that is resin impregnated and more stable. It says so in the comments below, but the explanation has slipped a long way down the list. I’d never heard of it before. I don’t think the term HMR is used everywhere, try searching for HDHMR or MRMDF. I found it at a builders merchant described as ‘moisture resistant MDF’. A search for HMR didn’t bring up anything to do with wood where I live (UK).
Yes almost same hmr and mdf but mdf 100% pure from paper but hmr paper,wood particel+ resin. If you life on uk you can search valchromat that same like HMR but more better coz more solid.

Its a pressure treated MDF. If not available, then use regular MDF and seal it when completed.
it's High Moisture Resistance particleboard, like regular MDF but with a moisture-resistant resin-impregnated during the manufacturing process, generally used in bathrooms or anywhere there is high moisture content.

Clean your blades and you wont see so many burn marks in your cuts. Sap, resin and glue are building up on it and causing friction burns.

Thank you, this is new material call HMR high moistur resistan look like mdf but more solid, durable and waterprof, you can use wood or birch playwold but make sure flaten coz.this is fence

How do you adjust fence for parallel to blade?
you can set blade position first on table saw, if still not center you can adjust on lock system, release screw and center again or this is last option set up the rail fence

Instead of using HMR board as material, could you make just the same from Baltic birch plywood?
Yes you can use birch plywood i think that great material too but make sure plywood not bend or curve
Only works with a homemade wooden table saw, useless for any other type table saw unless you want to add a wooden table top.
you must creative, i think can work on all table saw, you must make set rail and fence, i can apply this on iron cash table saw but difficult on small table saw

i use PVAc glue but give grip on aluminum before glue, more good if use polymer glue, but more long apply if use polymer

@@plywoodworking Berdasarkan ciri-ciri nya kyk Wipro TCV 906(holiding capacity 100kg) gan, tapi ada kakaknya lagi TCV 907(holding capacity 340kg) cuman lebih panjang armnya. Saya beli aja keduanya, masing2 satu takut salah soalnya heheh, toh bakal berguna buat hal lain klo TCV yg satu gk cocok. Mantul gan, tinggal mikir frame besinya aja nih Saya, tapi di awal2 kyknya belum di perlukan jadi nanti aja urusin itu lah tunggu bending. 😁
Kykya yg diatas 300kg itu cm kpn itu ada yg armya agk pendek, tp yg panjang pun gk ap2 kan bs diatur nanti, karetya bs pake karet kakiya mebel cari aj ditoko mebel ato online banyak karet kaki kursi
