i have a plant here in Italy, winter was not very harsh this year but stil we had some frosts, it endured winter ok and started flowering at end of march
I just bought 2 variety's of finger limes from Bunnings. The smallest, 40cm tall, has a tiny little lime on it already. Is it possible the plants I bought from Bunnings were clones from a mature plant?
@Raju Azad - This tree can be grown in a place where have climates for outdoor in the 60-90 °F (16-32 °C) range. This tree does well in partial shade to direct sunlight.
Those six years will pass regardless. If you’re still alive by then, you get free fruit caviar. This plant is rare and barely even popular yet. And it’s unlike anything. Sweet lime flavoured caviar in a bag which you pull off a tree. I work in a kitchen garden for a hotel, and there was a yellow, half-dead one in a pot when l got there. Today l hired an auger and drilled a huge 12” hole in the ground. Filled it with a thick layer of gravel for drainage, then a blend of Native soil, horticultural charcoal, wood ash, thermophilic compost, sheep manure, palagonite, seaweed pellets, worm castings and perlite. Then it got a liquid inoculation of bacteria and fungi. They can get up to six metres tall. I’m determined to get it to the point where it’ll be unstoppable, l reckon it’ll be four years.
Have you ever tried Finger Lime? How do you feel about this awesome fruit? Let us know your ideas.
Unfortunately, I have never tried this. Anybody can tell me how does it taste.
It has these little bubbles and when you bite into them it explodes in your mouth with lime juice
That’s the best I can explain
@@aryyy.111 Thanks for your reply. I wish i can try it someday.
I just tried for the first time, and it's good
Not seen one in my entire life. It’s colorful looks beautiful and yummy.

Have they started to use Apeel? since the lime goes bad in five days? with apeel u can save the fruit up to double that time.

You can buy seedlings on e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon. Thanks for watching.
Do finger limes have seeds in flesh. I have some trees and they have seed in flesh
I think a couple of seeds in each one
You can use them to grow more
Can this survive in cold and harsh climate?
