Great rig. How did you mount the Baja design S2 light bar behind the grille?

Thanks for your comment. We mounted the light bar to a pretty solid thick plastic cross member that supported the front of the automatic air flow flaps in the lower section of the grill. The rear of the light bar clears the flaps and does not interfere with air flow. Search for PowerfulUK New Defender Front Bumper removal for the video we used to disassemble the front end to gain access to the light bar mounting area.

I really like how you have your lightbar mounted behind the grill, more stealthy. Any insights on how you did that, or pretty straight forward?

You'll need to remove the entire front end of the vehicle in order to properly access that mounting point. Once you have access it's just a matter of drilling two holes and mounting the bar with the hardware it comes with. I can probably do a short install video if you'd like.

@@wanderlustoverland Thanks! I really like what you did. Will probably try the same on mine, so was curious if aside from taking off the bumper there were other things you had to do to install it. If you made a video, I am sure others would appreciate it as well since there aren't any other vids out there for what you did.
