Hello Peter! as always a very interesting video. The 16-18-21 is a specialist lens, for photographers who deeply love architectural photos. If it worked very well on my SL2-S I would buy it immediately (but don't inform my wife!). Some of your photos are spectacular and B&W amplifies this feeling of wonder, forcing the viewer to focus exclusively on the lines and shades of gray. Greetings
As yes, the WATE. I picked mine up when Leica sent out the special one-time lens-at-wholesale offer to the early M8 purchasers, complete with the finder, of course. It's a creative challenge to use 16mm, 18mm, or even 21mm, but it is an excellent tool. I do encourage you to try the 18mm and 21mm Super-Elmar lenses in comparison if you get the chance. I did see a measurable improvement in sharpness over the WATE with those later-designed single focal length offerings.
The only thing missing in this video is Catie... She would make a perfect companion just like Kai W and Lock C of formerly Digital rev. You hve one huge advantage in Ozz... the light. There's plenty of it and it is clean and clear. So you can stop down easily. Good job.

Thanks for sharing. Pick up the lens second hand, chances it will hold its price over time. Not financial advice.
Hey Peter....I bet you can't wait for an M11 Mono soon :-). I'm hoping its around the corner!

Thanks. Yes, always good to work with another inquisitive, enquiring and creative mind. Maybe more guest appearances from Catie in the future.
