You can also find the ruins of Bluemoon tower in the unmoored world, they're right next to Vernworth, which implies that Vernworth is sitting on the mountains by Soulflayer canyon.
And close to Agamen you can find one riftstone next to a dilapidated gate structure, which might imply it's Cassardis' gate.
I really like that DD2 explores a world where the Seneschal decided to say abandon it's post, considering Rothais considers Gran Soren a forgotten ruin, it's likely it's been many cycles between a DD1 ending where we don't sacrifice ourselves in the end, and Rothais' ascension to Seneschalhood.
