Almost 30 years this band has been producing music, today it’s needed as much as ever
Back in the day I never really got into Korn. I was curious if people would still be wearing their shirts 20-to-30 years from now. Over the years Korn has gotten better with age and I've been hooked since, "Y'all Want a Single."
Well said
Shsme....is a vision...a predicktion
Hell ya
You couldn't be more correct. The very last time I was out living my life was at their concert in January 2020 for my 46th birthday. Man, Johnathan sings with his very core and all his person. Real and raw emotions that most bands don't have any idea how to embrace let alone share with others. Korn keeps me in check and still fighting. Thanks for your positive words. Much respect n thanks to you... Jesse
Love how Jonathan has preserved his voice.....strong as ever!
eric crittenden Much love for Davis with all the other bad asses of grunge/alt rock are all fkn dead, Never really heard much about him being into the hard shit!!! Mad props to stay clean in that biz!! Think I’ve heard him into booze and weed but who isn’t lol
He also did meth back when they recorded the self titled KoRn album, all the members did, the song ball tongue was about how they all did meth behind each others back and all
DemonicMinion15 the song ball tongue is about their first manager Jeff creath. His tongue was pierced and they called him ball tongue
Greatest ever
@Steve Gundrum You do realize that this song came out last year, right?
This is such an incredibly underrated song...... if only this generation could truly appreciate music like this.
If it wasn’t for my dad I probably wouldn’t know of korn at all
its the worst kind of tragedy, lol.
as a 16 year old gen z , some of us including my sister love this kind of music more than anything , so its not all over for your hope
Bollocks its underrated. Everyone likes it.
@@thelstanedwardsson4374 I don’t like
It.
This song is a hidden gem, and it means very much to me. It helps me put my frustration for my OCD into words, and helps me cope with it
I understand your feelings because I've been there and I feel for you. No, I don't know you but I wish the best for you. Instead of coping, look at it as growing. Everyone grows everyday whether they're aware of it or not "Coping" still gives those thoughts power. Continue to grow and realize that you are limitless. Best regards to you!
I wish you the best! I suffered for about a DECADE and have to experience to understand! Brutal, I wish it upon no one! I’m much better but have a few quirks that somewhat consume me.
I feel ya all heir songs r so wasy to fit into myblidexw/o them I would not be able to channel my frustrations
*One of the best tracks on the album!*
no way
Def one of my favorites
The message is really cool and the riff sounds fun to play, but I think Harder is my favorite. Either way, it's sick to reply to a UA-camr I watch a lot.
Korn is one of the best rock bands to ever exist
Agreed. I haven't heard one bad track by them. Even this track kicks ass.
Not one of the best bands... *the* best rock band of all time!

The vibe of this song reminds me of the Queen of the Damned Soundtrack Jonathan Davis produced.
Wouldn't be surprised if it's from that time period , it's an old song that they finally recorded for this album cycle.
Yes, literally the first thing I thought when it started, and that's a good thing 🤟
that was the first thing that I thought
Agreed 👍🏻
Thats why its so awesome !!
He's been through every kind of pain one can suffer in a lifetime and he's still going strong

What! Every record has been uniquely different with the feel of Korn power cords and melodies
Bring me back to my teenage years when Korn first came out
I feel like an old guy at 32 but I was 13 when I first heard Korn on the radio in 2002
@@charliedallachie3539 wow if you're old imagine me geez. I still love them then and now. Even though they did a concert got the WHO which I'm still upset about need an answer
This is too polished, and too mechanically perfect sounding drumming, for Korn though.

Korn always amazes me with their music. The lyrical meanings and the songs themselves are always amazing.
This is one KoRn’s best songs already. Their catalogue is just amazing. They could tour for the next 30 years. Rolling Stones type band.

YES Sounds like classic Korn ! Simply the BEST music ever created by the mastermind Jonathan Davis and his Crew. There is something special about their music that has always been for me similar to Cinema quality.
This is Korn’s best song in many years.
*LYRICS*
It walks with me, it takes its time
It sinks its teeth in one at a time
It loves to feed, it loves my past
It's always taunting but somehow out of grasp
Can you hear me? 'Cause I'm lost
And I may never come back again
And while my heart keeps holding on
I know I'll never be the same again
It talks to me, it holds my hand
It showers me with things I can't understand
It has no reason, it knows no time
It's constantly watching, so it's not left behind
Can you hear me? 'Cause I'm lost
And I may never come back again
And while my heart keeps holding on
I know I'll never be the same again
Can you hear me? 'Cause I'm lost
And I may never come back again
And while my heart keeps holding on
I know I'll never be the same again
You know I'll never be the same again (You know, you know)
You know I'll never be the same again (You know, you know)
You know I'll never be the same again (You know, you know)
You know I'll never be the same again
Can you hear me? 'Cause I'm lost
And I may never come back again

This sounds like Korn back in the day I like it
Doesn't sound like old Korn at all. I like this though. Reminds me of a Gary Numan track with all of the atmospheric qualities. We all evolve in life and so do bands. I love old school Korn the most btw.
No. . I LOVE ITTT!!
@@dugp1862 ?? Sounds more like Korn than they have for two albums.lol. It's absolutely like good old school Korn and that's an amazing thing. They made the old sound work in new ways and it's awesome.
It does!
@Pa La only bad korn albums are Path Of Totality and Untitled. Everything else was either great or just okay.
I just burst into tears!! Such a powerful song.

They quit amazing me when I heard twisted transistor. And Ive only listened to anything made before it since. now I have to at least give the other stuff one chance because I actually really liked this song.
But I’m hesitant because I’ve heard they incorporate Dub Step and Dub Step fucking ruined my favorite genre -techno. Anyway, point is your comment inspired me to give it a chance because that’s how I do new things that I really like- repeat repeat repeat
@@mrspicolli Yeah I stopped listening after Life is Peachy but came back for this album. Bit depressing listening to his therapy.
I used to think, geez Korn, you never change. Now it "Korn, Please, never change!"
but korn changed a hell of a lot
They're always changing, and that never changed
I heard this on the radio yesterday and thought "I haven't heard this one before..."
I thought this was some long lost song from the early 2000's
I thought the same thing and once I looked it up the truth had me pause for a minute. The woman in the video is perfect
Here from Brazil now : 2024 Korn the best
This is a very difficult song to listen to. And that’s what makes it so fucking brilliant.
Like a shock treatment it works and it's nice n clean no need to b cut stuff or crazy pill day. Music is the fastest self help u can get...know what works for u
When this album came out and I heard this track it immediately went in my top 7 of best KoRn. I'm a Child of the KoRn from the beginning and this one struck the heart right away. KoRn K!d 4 lyfe!
I was at every show for every tour met them on Adidas in Detroit great people they offered to take me to Chicago. They were best when limp Bizkit opened for them before limp Bizkit even had an album. Great times .
Good times! The new Record is fucking awesome! The best Korn record since untouchables. Love korn and own all the cds. 🤘🏼
So I must say, being quarantined has let me explore the KoRn library once again and I've realized I could not possibly have a top 7. I started from the latest album and went backwards with my favorite tracks. I ended up making a 62 track playlist that wen played from back to front is mind blowing for me. I know my fellow children of the KoRn would agree. I just wanted to say thay. I know my comment does not matter to anyone but sitting here jamming KoRn all day made me share this $h!t. And Btw this is no MTV playlist besides Alone I break and of course can you hear me.
This song is terrible.
The chorus is terrible. The rest is meh. It's not even top 100... it's in the gutters with twisted transistor and never never.

I remember being in the car with my father the day after this song came out and i reccomended that he play it since it was new and sounded good, he proceeded to replay it 4 times and said "Dad likes" I remarked "i see" then we both giggled and pulled into the driveway of our house. He had been dealing with my mothers death since 2017 and was in and out of jail with constant mental torment. Everytime i play this song it reminds me of him and I get extremely nostalgic and happy. He passed away December 7th, 2020 due to an overdose. I will forever love and remember him, Korn was his favorite band and we both credit them for helping us get through tough times. Thanks Korn for everything you do.
First off, I am sincerely sorry for both of your losses, I love my daughter with all my heart and bond through music, I unfortunately have been dealing with demons my whole life and give my world to my daughter. Just know that was your real father and his love for you was unmatched. Hold them memories close, some of us don't have any. Thanks for sharing and I hope you learn from his situation and provide the people around you with raw perspective and realness. Stay strong and stay you!
I'm so sorry for your losses. Hope you find the peace that your dad couldn't find while he was here ❤️
I'm so sorry to hear that
I’m sorry to hear that.. I would have played something more “up lifting” for him personally.. Korn and a lot of the music is venting about the current times but they have some great ones too.. My other classic favorites are Metallica, Van Halen etc.

Without watching the video and listening to his lyrics... I have a small sense of a part of this song can relate to how he feels from losing his wife.... am I the only one getting that vibe at all...
No, i also thought it was more about that topic. The whole refrain doesn't even make any sense to me in the video. It sounds more like a 'demon' of some sorts that tries to feed of him and in the refrain he's trying to talk to his wife asking for help, knowing she isn't there.. Atleast this is my interpretation lol
I have lived this is like watching my life in a dream
I agree with you.
I think it's about grief , grieving for his ex wife
I feel ya, I lost my first love to diabetic complications 9 years after we divorced. He had just turned 32 two months before he passed. He's been gone over 7 years now and his death haunts me everyday. He loved Korn as much as I do and I feel like I can relate to this song along with some others on this album for sure.

@Korn 1993 You think so? Could possibly be about technology, popularity with social media. Or dealing with a suicide. Good thought man.
@Korn 1993 And social media, and how it's destroying our culture. How people all want to be UA-cam or InstaSham famous... How the taste of popularity consumes you, and if you're not careful, how it will be the death of you, if you let it.
Trust me folks, social media is one evil unconscious beast that has no morality. No shame. No feelings. And it only takes what all you give it, and never gives you anything REAL back in return. Think about that next time you log in.
You can get out before it's too late...But you have to make a conscious choice to get out of the matrix, to truly escape it.
@@MidnightSky1821 You are also correct. Based on how I interpreted the song and the video. 👍🏻
@Korn 1993 You think so? I'm pretty sure it's about dealing with pain and loss since that's what the album is about. I think the video makes it seem like it's about that, but the lyrics and the emotions don't match up to that theme.
@@TroyPosey yeap thats the way we are rolling hard unfortunately Agreed with the both of guys.

It sounds great 🇱🇰
I would say the video is about how social media has infected the world. Digital memories of your past that can be shared with everyone instantly, while your future is shaped by things displayed from within it. The only privacy you have now is the space in your mind, knowing that it will soon be your digital past again.
The whole entire album is about his Wife killing herself
I was going to say that this sounds like lyrics about his wife. Of course, with this video, Jonathan displays a double meaning to the lyrics.
It has nothing to with social media, just listen to the lyrics god dammit and you'll understand. They're try a portray a guy who is shadowing a girl.
Actually, it's about his inner demon trying to make him do staff
Like shadow that girl

my all time favorite band !!!!!!!!! so many amazing memories. I was abused as a young boy and had no where to turn. No one to tell. Then one day in 1994 I turned on "The Box" and "blind" came on. I knew by the vibe, someone understood the impossible anger I felt. I use the word vibe a lot describing KoRn. I see them every year in Canada. I caught Heads pic at his first show back in the band in Toronto. I fought my way to the front to see my boys together again. 1 love, thank you guys for everything you have done for me and the inspiration to try to be strong enough to speak about my situations, in hopes of helping at least one more person understand that impossible anger they are feeling.

Who's else is Still listening to korn and keeping up to date on their stuff ? 🔥
AstroWorks me
what a vague statement that could apply to literally anyone
I always keep up to date with these great bands from the 90s and 2000s. Some of them are still great. Not all, but some.
Since 97 bro
I've always kept up with Korn and many other artists whilst discovering new ones through seeing them live or UA-cam, I must admit I was never a big fan of See You On The Other Side or The Path To Totality (I feel like Untitled was more focussed on what it was trying to be and it didn't outstay its welcome length-wise, I can appreciate that) but every album since "Korn III Remember Who You Are" other than The Path To Totality has really captured my attention and in my opinion the latest three albums are just as good as anything Pre-See You On The Other Side
In my opinion it is criminal that Korn can't headline festivals like Slipknot Etc., Korn always seem to be a band below the headliner which sucks because they are so much more consistent with their releases and in my opinion they always give a headliner worthy performance
Most bands split up after some time, but korn, real ones, thank you
Brazil we love KORN !!!!
Who told Korn they can still make bangers???
Idk I'm glad they did.
