In life, everything is able to change but not Korn's microphone.
The unique item he won't let go despite better stats on other mics.
The everlasting Bitch
If you had a mic stand designed by H.R. Giger himself, you wouldn't ever get rid of it either.
That mic stand is legendary 🎼🎤
Yes, and the only ones that can't change are John, Munky, Fieldy, and Head!
Dear Korn,
Thank you for your many years of service to us. I’m writing this because you guys live these lyrics you sing every night you perform. I came from a somewhat disfunctional family and every time I turned the art of Korn on I felt functional again. So thank you Korn for tirelessly bleeding your hearts out for us every night so some of us can feel sane. ♥️
Perfectly said
Agreed!!!
Agreed the song no place to hide got me through some teen year mental bullshit but Johnathan Davis definitely wears his heart on his sleeve thanks Korn for creating a whole new type of music I play drums I was in a band 20 years ago called Stapled shut we have a song called drowning its here on youtube but we recorded the song and we didn't know how much we sounded just like korn it sounded different in the band room check us out though we were ok.
Well said... Korn saved me

@@revenantrieves3023 slipknot is good, but their sound is completely different from korn, so i dont really think they could count as such

Korn has such a nice and well defined sound, there’s no mistaking their style.
It originated with hip hop/rap Rock funny enough along with Rage Against The Machine, they are one of the O.G's of the genre
You're right, but it's the case for many bands...
Yeah, boring and static
Love that korn sound!!
Well i once mistook static X for korn
I wish my older brother was still alive so he could hear this. Korn was his reason for living, but the voices and opiates got the best of him. I miss him dearly.
Some of my best memories were playing Cruising USA or Mario Cart on the Nintendo 64 with the TV on mute and the Follow The Leader album playing as loud as we could possibly get it. And let's not forget eating a ton of Jalapeno Doritos 3ds and drinking Surrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggeeeee!

Yup..I actually worked at a record store when the first one came out..got the promtional..and their prior band LA PD..Korn and Slipknot have out done themselves on their new releases..
@@jaysonlee4394 Awesome! Record stores was where you went to shop. Always playing something on tha stores speakers. Only type of stores I never minded being asked "Can I help you?"
Nice man. I didn't get into them until around 2000. But they've basically been my fave band ever since. Seen them live a few times. Glad they're still on top of their game, I'd hate to see them go. To me they deserve the same sort of legendary status given to bands like Metallica or Sabbath. They're the '90's version of those bands essentially, they defined an era. And they're still awesome. Hell you could even argue they're THE band of the '90s, '00s and '10s :P
Thats a nice find!

5760Santos did you think that he either did or would have "misplaced" it somewhere along the line?
Dena Turner I dunno, maybe. Or just has a shit load of that mic stands lol
First thing I notice lol
Jonathan Davis commissioned Giger to design and sculpt a microphone stand, with the requirement that it be biomechanical, erotic, and movable. The contract allowed for five aluminium microphone stands to be made, but Davis purchased only two of the three to which he was entitled. The design of the microphone stand was later adapted to Giger's Nubian Queen, transforming it into a fine art sculpture
Julio Armendariz Really? That’s hella cool and good to know! Do you think they sell the same mic stand that he has to the public? The would be cool to own one like that!
Also in the memory of Hans Giger, who left us 5 years ago , The Talent who created for Jonathan that fuckin' awesome mic stand ! ! !

Incredible song.
Omg same for me! I hated the last few albums and this starting out with bagpipes and shit wow. Reminds me of being a kid again. Old school shit.

I have watched this a number of times, what strikes me is after 25 years there is still a youthful abandon with incredible material that's complex and they collectively make it look really easy. Ray takes a ton of heat but in my estimation he is awesome. They all seem comfortable with one another and especially helpful to Jon.
