- Meal prepping is such a big help for me on my health journey. It takes the stress out of wondering what to have during the week. I usually only prep three days though - there are days where I just feel like something different, so this allows for that moderation. Thanks so much for watching! I hope you enjoy this video!

I just heard that Premier Protein now makes a Chocolate chip Cookie Dough protein shake. I bet that would be great in overnight oats!
Are you serious??? It sure would be great! I'll be on the hunt for it. Thanks!!
That was a great meal prep
Thank you, Rose!
Another yummy inspiration video. I just found those pure proteins at Walmart for 1 point and bought the chocolate peanut butter for an afternoon snack when I crave something sweet. I mixed up a creami to share with hubby with one of those, 2 tbsp powdered PB, 1 tbsp SF butterscotch pudding mix (can use chocolate), and 1 tbsp stevia sweet addition sweetener from Aldi.
I love salads for lunch. I love using Tyson air fried chicken nuggets too. I think they are 4 points, but worth it.
I really want to get your containers for salads, but I have zero storage in my kitchen.
I like using fat free cottage cheese for the ranch dip. It blends easier because it seems more liquid like. I used to thin it out as a dressing too. I have bladder pain syndrome (used to be really bad) and I have to modify a lot of foods. It sort of runs my life and can get depressing at times. I know you can relate with your UC. Also, menopause seems to have taken over my life at the moment. Nobody tells you that your metabolism goes to heck as well as so many other things. My stupid migraines have totally increased too. Thank goodness for medicine, but everything has side effects. Have a great week!
You know, I haven't made a Creami in soooo long!! I need to get back to making those! Think I'll make some this weekend! I'll have to try the chocolate peanut butter pure protein. I'm so sorry you have to deal with symptoms of your bladder pain syndrome. I can only imagine how depressing that can be. And yeah, menopause just wreaks havoc for sure!! Have a super week!!
@@PlanningUsHealthyI’m ok. Minor pain I can live with. Now I’m loving overnight oats! 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup vanilla protein shake, 1 container 2 pt vanilla yogurt, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp pb2, and vanilla extract. Yum!
Ohh the yogurt in it sounds great!!

Awesome meal prep! I'm definitely going to try those oats!
Hope you love them! 😊
Looks great!
Thanks so much! 😊
I wish I could do oatmeal but I just can't and I have even done the overnight oak meal. I can't do cream of wheat either. Do you have?
Any suggestions other than those things for a quick breakfast? Thank you.
Have you done breakfast bowls such as yogurt bowls or parfaits? I love throwing those together some days.
Does the dip have a chalky texture at all? I tried a fat free cottage cheese blended with a powdered dip and it was not good. I've used the same dip mix with mayo and sour cream before I started WW and it didn't happen but I need to lighten it up.
I didn't notice a chalky flavor with it at all. I did have to blend it for quite a bit though. I've also mixed the ranch with sour cream before and didn't notice any chalky consistency. I wonder if the brand makes a difference.
You could use fat free Greek yogurt.
