I dont know her personally but i have always seen her and her boyfriend roam around in Observatory, they are always together, yes they ask for food and money but they are very kind, She is very kind.. She will go out of her to greet me and my son... Please do help her, they deserve a better life..
She reminds me of Frida Khalo the Mexican artist in the way she looks. I think she is very attractive and if dental work is done and she is dressed in any outfit , be it simple or glamorous she will look absolutely beautiful. I wish her well.

South Africa does not seem to have assertive outreach support for these people who struggle to survive in SA. It so difficult on the streets of SA. Very tough walking in the sun all day. It’s tragic and policy makers need a more strategic approach to open up shelters on a large scale, this woman is humble and kind person and needs support to get help off the streets
The elephant in the room that has not been addressed is her addiction to drugs. This poor woman is often openly beaten by her partner and has repeatedly been offered help by the local authorities but due to her addiction refuses the help. The welfare ladies will attest to this. Sometimes one has to get to rock bottom before one accepts help.
I know this lady and her boyfriend . They used to stay just near the Observatory station , a few metres from the offices of the Cape Mental Health society. They are very neat and very friendly. I just hope , they will one day get a permanent or fixed jobs. They have been together for years

This woman threatened to stab me when I told her I didn’t have anything to give her. Her partner is also incredibly abusive, especially when substances are involved. This is not to say I don’t believe she must be helped. Just do so with caution.

You have no right to look at someone's past and judge them. If she was wrong, realized it, and tried to fix her mistakes, who are you to judge? Everyone deserves a second chance, just like God gives us second chances.

It's sad and a reality people do fall on hard times and circumstances force them to the streets but what pissed me off is that the world sucks up the shenanigans of the religion of peace but this lady who can be helped are discarded
