Because 'Murica is the land of the free and the brave. Also, and this is a fact, a lot of Finnish people went to work in the USA back in late 19th century and early 20th century, for example both my great-grandfathers worked in the USA and came back, especially in the Bothnia region in Finland. And because of this the Bothnia region is still very pro-America region with very few communists, compared to Lapland, Eastern Finland and bigger cities.

i dont think most finns do, i think people who act or sing or perform somehow do because it opens up oppertunities for them.
