James Martin on how to tell great stories, trends in content, and epic cycling adventures

I'm standing outside on a rooftop bar, chatting with a colleague from the conference when a fella comes up to us for a chat. I don't want to spoil what happened next, but that guy was James Martin from international education content/media company Insider Guides.
I didn't know it at the time, but James and I would end up operating in a similar part of the international education ecosystem: content creation and storytelling.
