    Thank you so much for the videos you create and the insight and tips you offer. I have 10 years of experience in my field but have always been in the bottom range of pay at companies. I’ve tried through the years to apply for hundreds of jobs offering better pay, but I would rarely make it past the first interview and when I did, I was offered more low ball pay. I felt stuck and incompetent in my work.
    After watching your videos, I completely changed my approach to interviews and focused on story telling, to share my experience.
    I’ve been applying for jobs again for the past month and I’ve connected with 3 companies who have all given me offers 25-35% over my current pay and in the upper range of my field.
    I honestly can’t thank you enough for your help!

    I want to personally thank you for these videos. I interviewed for an amazing opportunity, and followed your steps for interviewing for upper management roles. Each step was spot on and the company loved my stories and was able to envision me on the role. I am very grateful, thank you so very much

    Excellent video as usual. Thanks Andrew for all your tips and suggestions. I have a question. If someone is interviewing with a company with whom they use to work few years but now with someone else, what can they expect in the interviews and how to prepare?

    • @andylacivita
      @andylacivita  5 років тому +1

      Raj, thanks! If you're interviewing with an old employer, it's usually a good sign. They wouldn't interview you if you left on bad terms or were a poor performer. Even so, I'd be fully ready with any and all I've taught you!!

    Hi Andy! I really appreciate your videos. I followed your resume advice and used the template. I applied for my first job and the interviewer complimented me on my resume and said it was very professional and detailed unlike the others. :D She said I did very well in the interview and I used some of your tips to help me as well. So thanks so much for your useful content! I am applying to a daycare that is apart of a church and they do not have a email address (only a contact form for interest in daycare). I want to write a thank you card so would you recommend going in person to deliver the card or mailing it? Would it be seen more as a nuisance to come back in person or not? I do not want to take away from their time by showing up. Thanks again!

      @@olivia4400 First off, awesome news!!! Yay!! If it was me, I'd either mail the card (you can ever overnight it if you want). I would not slip it under the door because then you would not be sure someone actually got it. Hope that helps!
