Impressing how Joel goes to the borders of this instrument! Thank You for sharing Your great music! I hardly can believe Your mastership with the blues harmonica.
Thank you for your very kind words ☺️🙏🏻 harmonicas was the instrument that fell into my lap more or less and I love it, so trying to make the most out of it 🤗☘️🎶
Phenomenal. Your playing is reminiscent of Cormac Begley. Both of you sound like your instruments are boxes of pandora with lifes inside that you have to control as to not unleash total chaos. The instrument plays you and you're the warden giving us a glimpse into this otherworldly sphere, but keeping the true nature of it contained. Literally wonderful. Also two of my favourite tunes. Have to go see you live some time! What harmonica and tuning do you use here? I suspect Low-D in easy third tuning. What brand? I'm a bit overwhelmed by the choices on your website haha.
Thank you so much for you wonderful words ☺️🙏🏻 Love your description of the playing 😅 I’m a huge fan of Cormac’s playing so I’m highly influenced by him. This is played on a Low-B Marine Band with double reed plates in the Easy Third tuning ☺️🎶
Hello Joel, your level is too high. Irish trad has no limits with you. Thank you also for the exceptional harmonicas that you customize. Pierre from Paris

How is your harp tuned differently than a standard tuned harp. Also, can you please tell me what effect pedal you are using to help get that haunting sound. Thank you!
Tuned to a tuning called Easy Third: jaharmonicas.com/custom%20harmonicas/tunings.html Also highly customized for increased volume and response ☺️ No effect pedals are used, a great harmonica and good breathing techniques ☺️🎶
Incredible. I didn’t know it was possible for a Harmonica to sound like that.
Practice practice 🤩🎶
🔥🔥🔥 Started with some of the crowd talking, ended with everyone silent. Maith thú.
Thx 🤩🤩🎶🎶
I was hooked at the third note

What kind of harmonica did you play in the video? Pleeeease❤
Customised Marine Band Low-B with double reed plates ☺️
I also play trad music but with chrom harmonica, I know how hard are those double notes you use and the chords with your tongue. Amazing performance
Thank you, glad you like it 😊 Playing it on a chromatic is great, beautiful sound and you can get some very nice ornamentation ☘
That was amazing.
Thx 😍😍🎶
