      @@DrAlexRitza I often have back pain, not when I'm cycling, but when I'm off the bike, but if I stop cycling all together, and continue therapy it goes away. It comes back if I start cycling again. On the bike, no pain. What do you think is root cause ?

    Very informative...
    I was walking and running like hell and having pain in my left knee since last couple of months...and since then pain in my left doesn't go away...
    Glade I have found this video and now I am doing it and getting my knee back to normal slowly and slowly..
    Thanks mate for all the help and information through this video..

    I always went to school with my new bike without warming up and boy I was sprinting with it but after 15 days I payed for It, i couldn't walk for 3 days my right leg got injured but luckily today im cured so I learned the lesson and dont forget guys every day warm up!!

    I've been going out to ride without a warmup and last week I couldn't pedal back home cuz of this deep outer knee pain. Got home back and did some static it band specific stretches and boom I was fine. Surely I was doing it wrong without a warmup and anyone watching this video don't take pre ride warmup lightly. There will be a day when getting back home will be like pedaling through hell. Thanks for this awesome short precise video.

    Very nice warmups! They only take a few minutes and you don't have to get down on the floor. Started using the drills recently and feel much better when I get on my bike. Many thanks!

    Did this and drank a can of Monster and biked for around an hour. I only had around 5 minutes of breaks and let me tell you I didn't get tired whatsoever. No pain in any of my joints as well. Highly recommend this.

    Great video thanks! I liked variation for the buttock kicks, as an Irish Dancer my whole life it was easy to keep doing to same exercises but I wouldn't feel them after a while, the variations are great. Will be doing every day before I hop on the bike.

    This work wonders. I can't pedal effeciently because my knee hurt from biking last week. Especially during steep roads my knee hurt so bad bc I am using a single speed bike. After doing the exercises my knee felt a little better.

    If i tried this warmup, i wouldn't be able to ride my bike for a along time.
    I can do quad and calf stetches and hip car mobility stretches before i ride.

    I have inner left thigh hurt before bend down and sit down, because I have never warm up bwfore I am riding , I saw your video, it seems help, I did not riding bike for 2 weeks , need to heal up, Thanks
