SweetNique Pineapple method is the worst. The easiest way to preserve your hair is to detangle in the direction of your desired style and at night tie it the direction of your style. The less manipulative you are the less frizz and more growth. This video is a prime example of that.

Does the henna that you use in your DIY products change your hair color or loosen your curl pattern?
YEs its a natural henna but since my hair is dark it doesn't show easily. It does not curl my curl pattern just strengthens it
