I believe for every opposition the Word is full of light and it will never fail us. I was reading Gaatians this moring and I think I will read it again and again, it is such a loving guide for everys life. What a wonderful God to give us such a straight guide line to the Kibgdom of God. Have a joyful life in Christ Jesus.
Wow. A well thought out answer. (You can tell he was processing the whole time as he looked off to the side, sorting through his thoughts and words.) I agree with his closing statement. I worked once for a bully. It easnt to the extent of what we're talking about here, but it was still a miserable experience at times. Don't get into ministry until you've cultuvated well the fruits of the Spirit...
It would be helpful for mega-church pastors to spend a month each year serving in a small village church, away from media, fame, and branding. This could allow them to refocus on Jesus as the true hero and reconnect with humble, authentic ministry. For village church leaders, this would offer a chance to see that true impact in ministry isn’t about fame or image, but about faithfully serving Christ. Such an exchange could foster humility, mutual growth, and a deeper understanding of God's mission.
When I get to Heaven I will tell the Lord, which He knows already, that I was bullied as a pastor and did not bully others. I'm not weak willed and do stand up for what is right. But I truly try to treat people well.
Body language. Eye contact. Verbal hesitation. Thanks for this content. 👍😇 For me, a father directing small children about dinner is different from adults being managed in professional jobs.
Okay, no women are called at all to hold positions of authority in church, and when they go for those positions still, they by the very proves to the Bible believing world, that they ARE NOT follower of Jesus Christ or see the inspired word of God as their authority. Bye!
Alistair is a godly marvelous incredible pastor, leader, preacher. God has and is doing wonderful things through him.
Amen Pastor - keep up your amazing ability to advance the gospel to all. You are a real blessing given us by God! Thank you.🙏

People who only want to be liked are TERRIBLE managers. His example holds true.
Many men "choose" to be "ministers" and not called.

Looks like the Glen Finnan Viaduct, West Scotland, in the background...en route to Mallaig.
Very good I don't always agree with rangers fans what happened to report that this is a good one
Sorry this is foolish. This is why churches and leaders need training in how to guard against spiritual Abuse.
You didn’t really address abuse at all. At all.
