Can’t imagine the looks you get on the first tee....
Nice stretching, we all need more of that. I found out the hard way. I did notice a small math error, if you stretch to the right to 2:30, the left reciprocal would be 9:30 not 10:30. Thanks.
Are these going to help me hit the ball straighter?

The pigeon really helped my back although I overdid it and tore my meniscus. Is there a tip for protecting the knee when doing this one?

would recommend supine pigeon instead. Doesn't require you to put the entire force of your body on your knee. Give it a google!
@@seanpb531 Sean, thanks for the suggestion. Performing it supine is easier to control the stretch. I'll be using this version in the future.
Imagine stretching to avoid injuries and injuring yourself because of a stretch lmaoo, sorry for your knee tho buddy
I did these and although it fixed the rib strain and pain, it literately gave me the worst neck/shoulder strain of my life! Thanks Chief.
At the beginning of the video he says you cant have any pre existing issues. Your own fault..
Giampiero Serra.....did you warm up first or just stretch ? If you don't warm up first you shouldn't play golf
