@@parisg9493 I make 2 cups that would last me for a week or 2. I use decaf teas which includes hibiscus, green tea, fenugreek, alma powder, rosemary leaves, Msm powder and I add in essential oils like rosemary, peppermint and tea tree oil. I spray this in my hair every other day and seal with a leave-in conditioner or butter cream from mielle. I rotate my tea rinses with camomile, lavender and rosemary leaves and add in my same essential oils. So one week I make the 1st one and then the next week the 2nd one or every 2weeks.
I'm a natural but I love to see a relaxed girl get their hair pampered at the salon! So relaxing and y'all are like unicorns on UA-cam nowadays. Thanks for taking us with you and please keep bringing us along!
You and my hairdresser have taught me health over length. I have fine hair and found that shoulder length and blunt ends is the best look for me. I love olaplex as well and will be doing that monthly .

I know you are using olaplex and it seems consistent use can really do wonders but when I was relaxed and I had thin areas I wanted to thicken I would use henna once a month. If you don't want the henna to leave colour deposit you can use cassia obovata which is the clear henna. It filled in the shaft in my hair nicely and gave me shiny, thick hair whenever I used it. I would not recommend it if you are unsure if you want to colour your hair in the future though as it does not mesh well with chemical dye and majority of stylists hate henna when it comes to dyeing.

She does a great job.The variety is one thing , I love the art and calming effect of the salon more. Every salon should be this way instead of 10 women all yapping at once.

I've been wearing different versions of a bob for the last year and I'm the same about growing it out, I want full health before I start the grow out process but I love wearing bobs so that has been the main reason I haven't started, lol. I live in Fl as well and it's too hot for hair. I can tell you love Micah cause you've been with her for a good while.
Olaplex is my jam too😅 I love Megz relaxer updates. Her hair is looking so healthy and grew a lot. But I understand why she cut it because I do love the bob, especially for the summer❤️❤️
@@Bianca.Nceeee if you have grey hair before 55 , you are deficient in zinc. Please google mineral deficiency and grey hair. They recommend copper , zinc and cAlcium. Don’t take cooper and zinc together , spAce at least 2 hours apart.
I did the same thing last year, cut my hair into a bob and couldn’t let go of the bob😩😩😩. I am reluctantly growing 😆😆. Also, I love my Dyson blow dryer and the Dyson flat iron !!! Yesterday, everyone was asking me did I just get my hair done. It’s olaplex, Elite hair care and Dyson.
@@DaFaBBMiSs3s so true… it’s definitely super expensive. Meg did a review on the cream of nature plex line that’s at Sally’s and it’s pretty good too. They don’t have a 6 or 7 type product but the 3 products they offer are really good. If you do decide to do olaplaex try getting it from Sephora that way you can return it if it doesn’t work out for you.

Your hair is looking great Megz! The front sides of my hair behave the same way as yours….it’s thinner than the back. Will you be doing something extra to these areas to get them as full as the back?
Ill be doing some extra scalp massages in this area to get things to catch up and staying consistent with my deep conditions. I've done it in the past and it just takes a little longer for it to catch up but it eventually will.

Im 47 i have no grays..Megs maybe yu should include some black strap molasses in your diet..it works wonders....after a while those grays may vanish

@@bkandy7165 yes. I personally do it for just a few minutes no heat . Overdoing it could cause moisture overload . Everyone’s hair is different tho .
