Simon Sinek is one of my favorite speakers! If you have seen any of his talks online, you know what I'm talking about - his common sense, his enthusiasm, his message... WOW! What are some other speakers / authors that you follow?
Super helpful summary. You accomplished in under 12 minutes not only the essence of "Start With Why" but how to incorporate it into one's life in a tangible way. Thanks.
Things To Note (summary of the summary) ☑️Minors that start with why can achieve it above majors that have resources without "a why" ☑️ Inspire users ☑️ 3 Principles of the Golden Circle "1. Why, 2. How, 3. What" ☑️ Clarity in Why ☑️ Discipline in How ☑️ Consistency in What ☑️ WHY is your belief, HOW is your action, WHAT is your product ☑️ WHY= future thinking, HOW= present action... WHY + HOW = world-changing movement ☑️ Is my decisions taking me closer to my WHY or further away from it?
High quality video. Loved it. I wanna ask you, how do you summarize the book so well? And how did you get up with a good way to implement the knowledge? Thank you
Hey, thanks for the nice feedback! Not sure how to answer as every books is different. But generally, read, absorb and try to extract the most universally applicable tactics. Then write, edit, edit some more and done, a summary. Some books are easier to summarize, others are harder as they don’t really have a structure 🤷♂️
This book pairs well with the mindfulness book "30 Days to Stop Giving a Shit" by Corin Devaso. Great leaders are mindful and at ease in even the craziest situations.
its not an intuitive concept and have the feeling its explained confusingly aswell. Regarding the example with the Food shop - wouldnt they why be "making money" or at least "improve health and why being" but your "why" is already "sell food - to improve people health and well being" so why is a "how"(sell food) in your "why" still struggle a bit if my why is a what or vice versa
It really depends on your emotional state and how far along in life you are. If you just read it on the fly its a bit plane. But if you have been asking some bigger questions about your life and stumble upon it - different story

@Wokeland Inc. Thanks for sharing! Tony Robbins and Les Brown would be in my top 5 too!
So a book called (START with WHY)...
Is 7:15:00hrs long...
ENDS with only 30 minutes on the WHY....
Weird.
👁️👃👁️
I felt duped

Great job for doing a summary of "Start with the WHY." Loved your break down and the details of the Why, How, and What.

It a OK book but lacks examples keeps mentioning apple products. I prefer the 48 laws series - 1.power 2. Seduction
