I have cutthroat speed instead of Damage per dark shroud which one be better

@@itsybitsysg8647 and framerate. There are break points. Depending on your character, more attack speed may not be better. Just depends how much you have already. If you are at 100 on first cap, start adding anything from the 2nd bucket.
