Since the DLC I have felt a little lost as they have adjusted a lot of things which does keep it fresh. Your info and guidance has been appreciated and I have just done the Pit 20 with your Centipede build. Much appreciated sir.
@Ch3tSt3adman nightmare dungeons are only associated with the difficult you're on now (they say tier 1-8 when you beat them but that's just the difficulty, normal being 1, torment 4 being 8) pit is the only activity with an independent difficulty from the world now
I jump Pit levels when my glyph upgrade success drops below 70%. I alternated the pit and nightmare dungeons to upgrade my gear to push higher pit levels. Proptip with nightmare dungeons. If you sell all the gear you get, you will keep up with masterworking gold expenses.

100% agree. I got my soft core up to 300 a few days ago doing nonstop pits. I am at 175 on my hardcore now and hope to have it to 300 in about a week or two
I will mention for the obals. The season pass smoldering ash things has one option being the chance to get 2 items when gambling with obals. So my early strat was to spend a couple hundred gold to remove the XP bonus, pump up the obal one, spend the obals, then move the points back to the XP gain.
Just a little tip on tier jumps. I think the point of higher tiers is to facilitate the grind. So if you are killing slower with a tier jump, it defeats the purpose.
I used your poison build, the one you explained briefly, and got to Torment 1 with no problems. T1 is a breeze, so much that I wonder if this build is too over-powered. Hi. I have something in mind when it comes to the endgame issue in Diablo 4. An idea freely shared to re-share that I would love if they implement: an open, vast map area - only accessable after campaign/story mode - where you explore and "conquer" areas and area bosses (like "maps" system). This could take place in the realm of hell or/and angelic - Pandemonium. From easy at start to hard to master (and fully possible to complete solo IF I MAY STRESS.) I see and agree with everything you have here I love it thank you. What I can't seem to find and I'm in torment to teetering on torment 3 I haven't found a undercity offering key
Sounds like working a job, this is a video game just chill and play at own pace however you like, it’s not a race, its a video game, supposed to be fun not a chore
You have to finish the entire kurast undercity quest line, then it will start dropping pretty much anywhere (dungeons, public events, Kurast Undercity runs, Helltide and Whispers)
Bosses you need to summon with the mats like Duriel, Varshan, etc. At least 1 usually drops on T3 - just depends on wether its something like the rune one or legendries. Also, got the guaranteed Mythic/Ancest Unique tribute from random Tree of Whispers cache
Mostly from Whispers. Some drop from Nightmare Dungeons and some from infernal Hordes, but the best tributes like legendaries or uniques mostly drop from Whispers and world bosses. very low chance tho
I'm a filthy casual. I play the game because I like the story, the world building, the characters. And I like to smash things with Hammer of the Ancients.
For runes, you might also want to investigate the mercenary, had 3 runes within 5 minutes time when i had the child with me as a merc. Not really fond using her, but if she gives bonus to runes, i think its worth to switch to her.
#Runes farming: i am also lvl 240 now and I've experienced that there's a higher chance for legendary runes to drop at the tormented bosses. They really dropped frequently in my almost 250 boss runs
Thanks as always, so much good info. One thing (not sure if this is console specific) Seething Opals seem to be bugged on PS5. I was noticing that the seasonal rep quest felt likst a slog this season even using the Opals so I ended up doing a couple of different tests. I ran locations with the Opals (ND, HT, Undercity, and Realmwalker regions) with little/no impact. I then ran Realmwalker region without an Opal and ended up with more rep. Not sure if PC is the same way.
07:50 Ive done around 50 runs of the undercity, about 10-15 of those with the rune and yet to receive a rune i need. I dont think its very "quickly". But it is the bwst way to get them. Dark citadel also if your out of the rune offer.
They should give us more than 1 way to level our glyphs. It doesn’t matter what it is, when when you have to do a singular activity 200+ times for something that’s practically mandatory, that’s too much…
As a father of 50 children, this gives me more time to game since I do not have to spend as much time researching the game. Thank you!
As one of your 50 children, I understand. Besides, Mommy found us second daddy anyway.
50 main children or some of them are alts?

I wonder if there a way to just press the button and hold or we need to tap it always ?
Cheers Rax, as always, you the (blue hoodie) man!
Sounds like working a job, this is a video game just chill and play at own pace however you like, it’s not a race, its a video game, supposed to be fun not a chore
Not sure if it’s mentioned in the video (I may have missed it), but what’s the best source of getting those tribute items to drop? Anyone know?
Following
Doesn’t
@@c-tothefourth4879 Ok, so it was just plain luck. Too bad.
Mythic drops - our whole party got the same Andariels from the same Undercity, using one of the Unique tributes.
#Runes farming: i am also lvl 240 now and I've experienced that there's a higher chance for legendary runes to drop at the tormented bosses. They really dropped frequently in my almost 250 boss runs
First gamble got kekw, he right fam
right on, thanks
Thanks as always, so much good info. One thing (not sure if this is console specific) Seething Opals seem to be bugged on PS5. I was noticing that the seasonal rep quest felt likst a slog this season even using the Opals so I ended up doing a couple of different tests. I ran locations with the Opals (ND, HT, Undercity, and Realmwalker regions) with little/no impact. I then ran Realmwalker region without an Opal and ended up with more rep. Not sure if PC is the same way.
Unique tributes also has a good chance to drop mythic gear. I have gotten 2 already.
I must be a casual now cause i am absolutely loving D4.
Thank you Raxx
the best!! thanks rax
It doesn’t matter what it is, when when you have to do a singular activity 200+ times for something that’s practically mandatory, that’s too much…
Great info, thx Raxx!
regarding doing NMD for the xp buff u NEED to make sure its ancestral affix
Would you have any idea why I can't use it? I keep seeing the well but I can't click it.
Ive seen the xp wells in the nm dungeons but i cant interact with them for some reason? Same thing is true before and after buying expansion
