The biggest problem to the Ridgeline is the rear doors open too narrow and makes getting in and out cramped. No idea why Honda designed it that way. There is an easy hack that takes 30 mins to do to add an additional 5" inches of space. Here is how: ua-cam.com/video/_9-7ckh819o/v-deo.html
Jason, have you done a video on the Gen 2 Ridgeline fuel filter access and replacement? Is there an access port in the cab or bed? Thanks, love your videos!
Great video but you forgot one thing the tailgate pickup door opens 2 ways up and down and sideways I thought that was a cool feature that Honda came up with I'm not sure any other pickup tailgate door can do that
I’ve owned a ford ranger for the past 6 years. They’re brining it back out this upcoming fall. I’m pretty much gonna get it but I really like these Honda’s. My only problem is the look. I actually like the look but I know my friends would give it some backlash saying it don’t look aggressive or like a truck. More like a suv with a bed. But I love what Honda is done with the tailgate opening multiple ways, the Bedliner, the lights and speakers, and even a trunk! Like this thing has everything a truck guy would want that’s different. I’m surprised other trucks haven’t picked up on these ideas Honda has made. If it looked just a little more boxier I think I’d have to pass on the new ranger for this. And that’s really hard for me to say. I’ll be keeping my eye out on the future Honda trucks.
What really matters is that you like it. It is smooth and quiet ride and gets good gas milage. I just got off from a TRD Tacoma. There's no comparison, yet this Ridgeline does everything that my Tacoma did for me and more practical as a daily driver.
I’m sure considering this as a replacement for my 2013 4Runner SR5 Premium. I need a truck bed but I’ve grown used to my creature comforts. Thanks Jason for a great walk around. I’d like to see more on loading building materials, if Honda will let you load one up.
I was holding out and hoping that Honda was going to come out with a bigger engine for us people that need power for towing etc. I have an 07 Ridgeline with 150,000 miles and no problems but towing isn't so fun with my camper @ 4500 lbs. Now that I see that we have the same Ridgeline then I'm off to the Tundra. Disappointed in Honda leaving us working guys behind.
craigsclocks Keep that truck. I sold mine and so regretting it. I hate the new model up close compared to my last one. I had a 2007 and sold it got a 2012 and sold it to go buy the black edition. Well when I seen the truck up close I could not see spending another 10k more than I did my previous ones. So I decided to get the Canyon Denali cause they were offering 0% interest. So I just wanted to say I miss my 2007 RTL the most. Keep it forever
a bigger engine would not solve the problem. it's the uni-body frame that keeps it lower than body on frame trucks. this and the tundra are two totally different animals.

Good day Jason, I have a 17 Sport and would like to piano black out chrome in grille, can you make a video how to please?
Thanks bro. U are very professional in the video think you for all the info of the 2018 Honda Ridgeline.
Great job, Jason! I own a 2017 Ridgeline and love it!

What is the base price?
Jason are there any differences in the 2019 version?
Sell in Thailand or not.
Still no ventilated seats! F-150 or Ram 1500 looks like my next purchase!
Kimberly Haig good luck with reliability you’ll need ventilated front seats for all the frustration
Cool. Please sell this in Korea~~!!
Is this the same video from last year? Same dance moves lol! Still good 😂
Still no volume knob??
Oscar Martinez use steering wheel button...yawn
Why do you need a volume knob to get broken off use the steering wheel controls
when was the last time you broke a volume knob - been driving for 35 years and have never broken one
The sport model does!
William Cohen I worked at a dealership for 20 years I can tell you does happen
FWD or RWD?
That tailgating party dance
So all new Ridgeline has new aluminum hood? That’s great! Hopefully all trim models!

at least if you bought a tundra, you would have a real truck, not a unibody soyboy wanna be
