No Start f250 6.0 03 Potential ICP and IPR issues. Weird muffled crank sound!

Just got my scan gauge 3! With the x gauge function I was able to find all the sensors on the gauge that previously could not see.
Turn the volume up. This issue isn't black and white yet to me. The whole cranking sounds nothing like any other videos I find.
I'm still learning how this thing works.
IPR is 85% on crank. I know that's bad.
FICM is good.
Can't tell if ICP is ok. No oil leaking that I am aware of.
Any thoughts?
