    Stronger than I was in college for sure! Seeing that I’m 45yo and just started lifting weights for the time ever (because of NML!) 3 years ago. I’ve delivered six babies and have kids ranging from age 8 to 20. The reason I show up is to be able to stay active with future grandbabies.

    I did 5 days in a row! First time ever. I’m so proud of myself for showing up today. Woke up sore & almost took a rest day. Realized if I skipped today it would start a series of excuses to skip strength training & your videos. Can’t wait for next week. Thank you.

    I appreciate the flexibility to choose my rest days! I needed it yesterday, and today I came back to do this one with 20 lb weights the whole time! (This is a big deal for me).

    I love this workout program! INTENSE 20 minutes, but perfect for a busy working mom of 3. I've been able to stick with the program all week because all I have to say is, "I have 20 minutes; I can do this."

    Week 3 in the books! My sister in law/Bestie and I completed this 2 week program last week and decided to go through it again. We are so much stronger this second time through than we were the first time. We both have seen vast improvements in our forms and just moving from doing most modified with Rachel to doing nearly all the moves with Lindsey. We both haven't worked out in such a long time and this has been so so encouraging and just awesome to feel how strong we are becoming and only in 3 weeks time. Thank you NML!! Y'all are such a Blessing!!

    You guys are rockstars! Thanks for challenging us. I've been working out with you all only a few months and my body has never felt stronger. I'm able to press and curl 15s which I never thought possible. I've done more pushups on my toes with better form than when I was in my 20s. Thanks for your help and support!

    For New Year's I graduated to 20 lb dumbbells and this week has royally whooped my behind! I won't lie- I was apprehensive about today's workout feeling as rough as I was from the rest of the week, but I did it! Thank you for your fun, yet challenging, workouts! You guys have such awesome rapport! It's great feeling like I'm working out with friends! And I love the honesty and knowing even the trainers ride the struggle bus from time to time too! You guys are awesome!

    ha ! i LOVE these orderly workouts so i dont have to think of what i'm doing tomorrow! i also kept hearing the "bop it, shake it, twist it" game in my head that kids play when you were shouting orders during this workout! ha! i LOVE the spiritual inspiration you give us which often brings me to tears in the middle of my workouts. nobody does it like you do!!!

    I was feeling really bummed recently feeling like I hadn’t made any progress over the last year until I saw a picture I took of a workout last year. I was using 8 and 10 lb weights. Now I consistently use 15 and 20 lbs, and I’ve considered getting 25s! Thanks for providing fun and spicy workouts and helping me be consistent! ❤

    Loving this program! I'm 8 weeks postpartum and did the first two weeks of the postpartum videos but when you said the modifications of this program would work postpartum I joined in. With naps only 40 minutes right now this is the perfect length to get me moving and showered before baby girl wakes up. Thank you!

    Loving this new program-Thanks so much!
    Just a tip for others like me-I prefer shorter circuits or super sets, so I did the first move, then went back 30 seconds and did it again, then the same with the second, third, etc. That way I didn’t have to go back and do all 7, which seems daunting to me for some reason, lol.

    I loved the split lunge, split deadlift combo. My obliques have been talking to me since Wednesday's workout and got a nice extra burnout today. Loved week 1 and am loving the 25 minute workouts. So doable with my two littles. Thank you!

    Loved, loved, loved all of these workouts. Mentally, it’s so much easier hitting play on a 20/25 minute workout than a 40 minute one. And then after the 20 minute workout, I’m like “well the burnout is ONLY 10 minutes” 😂 and hit play on that as well and before I know it, I DID complete about 35/40 minutes of exercise/movement! This is probably my favorite program to date. Thank you for always being creative and putting out new content for us!

    Really loving this program. Love the ranger burpees. I’m excited to do it again and try heavier weights on some things. I used my 25s for the first couple of moves my biceps struggled but so glad I went heavy. Thank you for always pushing us to do more!

    Great session. I only had 20 minutes to work out before an appointment. I will finish my other 30 full body workout after lunch. ❤ I used (2) 20 and (1) 30lb for this workout

    Favorite move from this workout was kneeling To Half Kneeling Clean and Single Arm Press.
    So excited for week 2!!
