Honey, it's been a long time since I was pregnant. My kids are 30 and 35 LOL. Don't ever apologize for being excited and sometimes worried. This is your first pregnancy and these things are absolutely normal. You are absolutely glowing❤❤
Kelli Zywiczynski whether you've had 1 kid or 5 ,first pregnancy or last you will worry until the minute they are in your arms. The things you think of and worry about may change but the anticipation and worrying if everything is "ok" doesnt change I dont think. I had my 4th almost 2 years ago and the pregnancy didnt worry me as much but I was freaked out about labor more....oddly enough lol. Even tho I was almost 36 and as we know the risks in general are different, and I think this time around I'm calmer yet I worry about things that never crossed my mind before?? Or maybe I just forgot lol
There is no amount of lotion or anything that will prevent stretch marks. it’s all about ur genes and how ur skin takes to stretching.
Idk why people still waste time doing all these things. It's gonna happen if it's gonna happen, haha! I guess only if you're itchy.
My mom is filled with stretch marks and I used creams my whole entire pregnancy and didn't even get one stretch mark.

LittleMachine89 yes some people say that! But the oils and creams help with soothing and the itchiness/ stretching feeling.
Not trying to give you a hard time, but maybe a therapist/psychologist would be a better person to speak to instead of a psychic? Metaphysical stuff is interesting and all, and I get that you need guidance at this time in your life, but maybe it would be a better fit. Talk therapy has really helped me get a handle on my tendency to what-if and overthink.

Coffee is the absolute worse thing for acid reflux.
S S yes just in general, pregnancy or not. The stronger the worse it is. My drs told me tums were ok just not stuff like pepto bc of the aspirin obviously, I had raging heart burn my last pregnancy, worse than before unless I just forgot lol. So nothing took it away until literally the moment after I delivered but the antacids "helped"

Marie I have had depression and horrible anxiety most of my life and I was very thankful I didn’t go through postpartum depression. Everyone warned me I would have it since I already know what depression is so maybe she won’t have it (fingers crossed). I have seen friends go though postpartum depression and it’s brutal 😕

My pregnancy was such a breeze besides my first & half of my 2nd trimester. My 3rd trimester, I was just always out of breathe & peed about 40 times a day. I will say don't focus to much on the symptoms, and complain about it all a lot. Pregnancy went by sooo fast for me, I'd love to be pregnant again honestly!❤️
I remember not liking meat when I was pregnant and also whenever I would look at my salt shaker I would taste metal in my mouth so I would have to hide it to not get nauseated.

Just a thought: the chipotle tasting “off” was probably just a bad batch. It happens to me every once in a while...they don’t always cook it right and sometimes it tastes weird. That could also explain the diarrhea the following day. Not every “symptom” you experience is pregnancy related.

For stretch mark prevention, I used Vasseur Beauty Hydrating Body Oil and didn't get a single one, even though I'm prone to them as I have them on my boobs and hips from a growth spurt during puberty. I swear by that oil. I'm using it for my second pregnancy. I'm 32 weeks and don't have any stretch marks even though I got bigger much faster this time.
Our bodies go through alot during pregnancy.. sometimes we can relate with other moms when it comes to symptoms

This was the so awesome! Brought back a lot of memories. My boy will be 9 and my girl just turned 4. Empathized will all of your symptoms, except for the nose bleeds. Popped tums like crazy! No stretch marks either... I used to slather on the lotion! By about 7, 8 months on I felts such fatigue! Like I would be walking and all of a sudden feel this wave of fatigue that I felt like I would collapse if I took another step! Mentioned it to my
Doctor and no explanation... just pregnancy stuff. I was healthy as a horse! It sucked because my brain wanted to do so much.... (nesting faze) and just wanted to get out and do stuff because I was so sick for the first 5-6 months of my pregnancy! But my body was like NOPE! So I listened! 🤣 I can laugh about it now! 🤣 si so wish I logged my pregnancies the way you are! So many things we forget! Enjoy it! You look beautiful!😊🥰

The only thing I suffered from while pregnant was heart burn. It was awful 😭 I can not say how many bottles of tums I went through my entire pregnancy. Lol and as soon as he was born. BAM. Haven't had heart burn since and my son is 3 years old 😂
Chew tums.... my acid and heartburn during pregnancy was horrid....chewy tums saved my life
I used to love chipotle before my pregnancy so when I found out I was pregnant I was almost 3 months and I remember wanting to eat chipotle but I had nausea my first trimester so when I tried it my taste buds completely changed and never ate chipotle again 😕😩

This terrifies me. I don’t like meat anymore, broccoli or eggs. And those are all things I used to eat almost every single day. I ate very healthy and now all I want it macaroni and cheese 😭😭😭😭 I really hope things change after baby is born or I will just be miserable, unhealthy and probably overweight with the mac and cheese 🤣

My belly looked great until 2 weeks after I gave birth. Bam there was stretch marks lol thankfully when I lost the baby weight they were fully gone but it was weird and my dr said normal to get them after you’ve given birth.

Dont worry about tracking everything, I WISH I had kept s journal with my pregnancies. Im sure you'll look back on and cherish or laugh and be able to compare if or when you have another child. Plus it's an outlet like with anything else. And ppl ask me all the time even my older kids did u do or feel this or that when you were pregnant. My oldest is 21 and my youngest is almost 2 and I remember every pregnancy but it would have been cool to look back and be able to read what all I was feeling and thinking back then

Omg I remember the acid reflux at night 😣 it was the worst I never experienced it before and I definitely don’t miss it! Lol also back aches while cleaning sucked. It was hard to get things done but a bought this belly belt thing and it helped me a lot

Kristy Marie I still use this to this day. As soon as I get out of the shower I get a little of the water off of me and then put oil ALL over my damp body. This way I’m not left oily. Burt’s Bee has about three oils. They’re all good. Bless you and babe and anr and Bella.

VR MB I just went at 28 weeks and I was perfect! He had enough room I could see everything and was developed enough to see his face and everything! Anywhere between 28-32 I feel like is a good time!
VR MB yes I think we will !! Either 3D or 4d ! I believe the place I went to for my gender prediction ultrasound they suggested 36 weeks!
VR MB so got my 3D ultrasound around week 25. I had her October 6th, 2018. Which 25-30 weeks is a perfect time to get it done. It was perfect seeing her! 💕

I'm just starting the video, and at the point where you're talking about acid reflux. I'm not sure if it's safe during pregnancy, but I recently started a new medication called Dexilant for my chronic acid reflux and it is INCREDIBLE. It may be worth talking to your doctor about to see if it's safe!🥰

Hopefully they will go away by the second trimester! Mine did the first 3 times! But i swear with my last I was sick every day,multiple times a day and threw up at least 3 or 4 times a week until a day or 2 before I went into labor. So needless to say I was glad to get it over with and I wasn't ever one to have a hard pregnancy and complain. I did my normal stuff the whole time and the worst part for me was the back pain

Girl I feel you with the acid reflux. I suffer from it, I'm not pregnant but my bestfriend had it bad throughout her pregnancy and I remember her saying "I feel so bad that you deal with this all the time, its terrible" it really is such a shitty thing to have. Milk helps just fyi, I cant drink milk but I know it helps big time! You look amazing!!! Pregnancy suits you Megh!
A cough can definitely be a pregnancy symptom. Acid reflux (GERD) can cause a cough. It’s not a super common symptom, but it happens. I only know because nearly my entire pregnancy I was plagued by a chronic, terrible cough 😩 It didn’t always accompany the more traditional reflux symptoms. It was the WORST
I also got congested with a cough (like a cold but without fever) around the same time! Sudafed fixed me right up, thank goodness. That was NOT fun while already waking up throughout the night!

Meg, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEE get yourself a pregnancy pillow. I know it may seem unnecessary, but it’s so damn helpful. At first I ended up just getting a body pillow because it was cheaper, but then ended up getting an actual pregnancy pillow - GAME CHANGERRRR!!!! Give it a try. Ant will appreciate it too. I’m surprised a company hasn’t sent yoh one. Can’t wait to see the haul of what ppl give you (companies!). Who is throwing your baby shower?
