    I really like this workout. It is short so I can do it everyday to start come back to daily routine. I also lost my back pain thanks to the strength in my core ❤️

    Will these exercises strengthen my core enough to stabilize my lower back? I have a spinal cord injury and would like to build up my core

      Try to do these exercises adleast 2_3 times a week, and you definetly will feel the results and of course you will strenghten your core mucsles

      If you are healthy you can start 10 min Body Balance workout, to check out how you will feel. And slowly try others. Take your time and do those exercises wich you can do. Best to you ❤️
