Why do folk still say he 'raised him as a pig for slaughter'? As soon as he heard baldydork had taken Harry's blood he knew he had him. He wouldn't be able to kill Harry cos of the blood, it was deep, ancient magic and I believe Dumbledore wasn't totally sure that Harry would be ok but he was sure enough. Because this is how Snape describes it… and Dumbledore didn’t know Voldemort would take Harry’s blood… he had been raising Harry to die for 14 years up to that point, so he had been raising him like a pig for slaughter
@jamessmithson-br7rm Actually, Dumbledore knew more than people gave him credit for. He knew eventually Voldemort would return. He knew Harry was a horcrux when he held him as a baby. The concept of taking Harry's blood was technically luck. That's why Dumbledore had a look of triumph on his face after Harry told him. Actually, it's in the book, not the movie. Voldemort taking Harry's blood seeled his fate, and Dumbledore explained this in limbo. Taking Harry's blood made the protection charm stronger. Making Voldemort the only person unable to kill Harry. "As long as Voldemort lives, so does the protection charm." Which is why in the final duel, Voldemort's killing curse rebounded again. And as for killing Harry in the forest, all he did was kill his own horcrux. Because the protection charm was still in effect, and Harry sacrafising himself caused another protection charm for those fighting Voldemort.@SMT_Pnut
There was numerous times when Dumbledore didn't really know what Tom Riddle was doing and didn't know about the horcruxes until later. But Dumbledore planted the horcrux book? This makes no sense.
i agree. there is a reason they didnt know what they were up against untill the 6th installment of harry potter. the whole book/movie was dedicated to eventually figure out voldemort actually created horcruxes
@aimless9 I don't mind when people want to come up with a new storyline. Someone wants Voldemort to be the victim, and Dumbledore is the villain? Fine with me, but create the logic, evidence, and facts that fit the new storyline. But, I really dislike the idea when people create a conspiracy when the evidence doesn't even support a conspiracy. These people are trying to use the existing facts, twisting them into something that doesn't exist in the story. If they did this in a court of law, they would be held in contempt of court at the very least. You recreate a story, as long as the copyright owner has no problem with it. But, you can't tamper with the evidence in something that already exists. I really dislike these videos.
The first one is ridiculous. I could def see Dumbledore trying to manipulate Tom to avoid another Grindelwald, one who is the heir of Slytherin no less, but the idea that he would allow Tom to make Horcruxes is a quantum leap. The idea that he would've known there were 7 and waited until Voldy was back to do anything about them is to be on all the drugs. The idea of him being Death incarnate is kinda cool, but you could use that argument about anyone who sought the Hollows.
Dumbledore did not "allow" dementors to roam the grounds. The ministry of magic imposed the dementors on the school and Dumbledore insisted that they stay outside the boundaries of the school. They broke that rule when they came to the quiddich match and he drove them back. He also insisted that Fudge remove them from the school after they tried to use the kiss on Harry
I don't remember reading Dumbledore seeing directly through the cloak. He was very good at noticing traces of magic and most likely knew when one was there though.
Just a thought. Could it be that Dumbledore found a loophole in creating a horcrux? He might have "killed" his Phoenix, who would then have been reborn from the ashes. No major harm done, and might have somewhat satisfied the requirements.
That's actually a very good idea, it could work. The only thing is, I don't think Dumbledore made a horcrux because this act darkens your soul and then his magic would become dark, and with that Dumbledore wouldn't have been able to summon the sword of griffindor or do any light magic, we can see by the color of the magic that comes out of his wand that Dumbledore hasn't gone dark, and also he was able to go beyond when he died. Had he created a horcrux, his soul would have stayed in the limbo and would have looked as maimed as voldemort’s soul fragment that was inside Harry. We say in the limbo that Dumbledore's soul is still intact. And also if Dumbledore had created a horcrux he wouldn't have died at the hands of Snape, he would have been tethered to life as voldemort was when his spell was fired while attempting to kill baby Harry
@@alexanderpowell3681 i agree but it says it in the books that creating a horcrux even once shatters your soul, so if Dumbledore had done it even once, his soul maybe wouldn't have been as maimed as voldemort’s but certainly wouldn't have been whole
I don’t get the need some have to paint Dumbledore as a dark character. Yes he went through a phase in adolescence where, influenced by a very dark character he dabbled with evil ideas. He behaved badly towards his family in his grief, and he may have accidentally killed his sister. But he pulled back from that path at an early stage and lived his life in the service of Wizardkind. He was clearly a good, or even a great man, as well as a great wizard.
Yea they're so evil for wanting power yet dumbledore's right next to both of them and ends up with all three deathly hollows making him the most powerful wizard. It's even said a few times that dumbledore's the most powerful wizard. I guess it's only evil to want to be powerful not to actually be powerful.
Theory... Dumbledore always believed in questionable plans for the greater good. And who else would he fear to discover his secret plans then his staff? My theory is that Dumbledore is intentionally helping rule breaking students in order to keep his staff distracted. For example i think Dumbledore taught the mauraders how to turn into animals and helped them create the mauraders map as well as teach fred qnd George how to use it... What better way to keep your staff busy then help your rule breaking students and then choose to never let them get expelled?
I liked the theory about him helping students cause trouble indirectly. Really puts his fun side into view. But about the Marauders, at the end of the 4th book, Dumbledore discovers from Barty Crouch Jr. about the map. Also, he said in the 3rd or 4th book that he didn't know about the Marauders heing Animagus
The Dumbledore horcrux thing: I think that if he had used Fawks as a horcrux, that would have destroyed the horcrux the first time that the phoenix went through the burn and rebirth cycle. Even if the Elder wand had been in his possession at the time, the film version has Harry snap that wand like a dry twig. the other horcruxes we encounterd were nigh indestructible. Although I even take things taken from interviews with the author with a grain of salt, if Dumbledore did make a horcrux, it wasn't in either of those items.
@@Larka661 Dumbledore did plenty of shady things in his life. However, I do not believe that making a horcrux was one of them. My comment was to firmly debunk the idea that either of these items could be a horcrux.
I dont agree on the fact that Dumbledore set Tom up to become what he did. Plus, Dumbledore made the order of the pheonix to fight voldemort and his forces. Yes, Dumbledore knew something about voldemort ahead of time than mentioned, but i dont believe he lured Voldemort to the concept of horcruxes. We can assume that Dumbledore knew about the horcruxes when he saw baby Harry. He later explained to snape how Harry became a horcrux.
Yea I think it was more about seeing how powerful Voldemort was and knowing he had a dark side so he kept a close eye on him. Couldn't exactly say "you stole some stuff so I'll kill you to make sure you don't become evil"
Perfect video to listen to while at work 🤷🏻♂️ hey it’s a great way to get you thinking about HP lore, while distracting yourself from moronic, rude customers 😂
25:24 - wasn't Marvolo Gaunt Tom Riddle's grandfather? As far as I know Marvolo had a Daughter, Merope Gaunt, who married Tom Riddle Senior, and then had Tom Riddle Junior aka Voldemort as son. Or did I miss something?
Almost no one knew of Dumbledore's sister. Her mother kept Ariana out of sight except for rare excursions into the garden. If she'd have been bullied after her move, then everyone, magical or not, that lived in the area, would have known of her existence. The idea, therefore, that she'd have been bullied after her move doesn't really hold water for me.
The three tests in the movie were a distraction. The real test was wanting to possess the stone but not use it. Three first year students and Voldemort beat the three easy tests, but only Harry did want to use the stone.
Question: If Voldamort got the Sword of Gryffindor and made it into a horcrux would he have been truly immortal because the blade only takes in what makes it stronger nobody could destroy it. And was it impossible for him to get ahold of it being from Slytherin or could he take it from a Gryffindor without it disappearing before he could make a horcrux.
I should point out that Dumbledore gave Snape the sword to give to Harry. I therefore assume that non-Gryffindor's can hold on to the sword. I don't count Bellatrix's holding the sword because she only had a copy. This doesn't mean that if Voldemort somehow got the sword that it wouldn't just disappear as soon as he tried to make it a horcrux.
In my theory the answer to the guestion "why did dumble dore put on the cursed ring" voldemort could have enchanted the ring that who ever finds it will have unresistable feeling to try it on, becouse the ring was so well hidden that only one who knows what they are doing would know how dangerous the ring is and wouldnt ever put it on so voldemort made sure that they will do it no matter what in case if some one finds it
My newest theory: Dumbledore, head of the Wizengamot, ensured that Sirius went straight to Azkaban without trial so that he couldn’t put up a fight about sending Harry to the abusive Dursleys, essentially clearing Dumbledore’s path to manipulate Harry from the very beginning. If Sirius had been involved from the beginning, he would have been Harry’s advocate and have a stronger position making decisions for Harry’s wellbeing, and would likely have told Harry about the prophecy etc.
I have a question... though maybe it was answered and I didn't pay attention. If Dumbledore faked his death at the tower, wouldn't he still die shortly afterwards because of his cursed hand? Or would Voldemort's death cancel the curse?
5:30 Dumbledore did some heavy research into Voldemort and his creating the different horcrux. Voldemort killed lots of people but saved making a horcrux for special occasions such as killing strong and/or meaningful people/witches/wizards. Killing Moaning Myrtle was not a special occasion or strong. She wasn't even his first kill, that honor goes to his father and grand parents. Dumbledore specifically says this and that Voldemort made his first horcrux at that time. During his research, Moaning Myrtle isn't even a foot note. She was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. As far as we can tell, he doesn't even think to talk to her and he was at Hogwarts when she died.
In my honest opinion Dumbledore was like family to harry and he was like a father figure to him. Dumbledore always protected harry and in the 5th movie Dumbledore fought with Voldemort in the ministry of magic and that finally convinced fudge that Voldemort did return. Dumbledore was such a unique and intelligent character and he was one of the best professors and one of the best wizards of all time. I think snape did care for harry but in his own way. I still love the harry potter movies and I only read parts of the first book but it's been a long time since I read any book in general. Interesting video about Dumbledore and very good insights on one of the most beloved professors in all of the harry potter universe.
I have been watching alot of these videos and I have a question was Dumbledore in the room when lilly and James were killed? Was he using the cloak of invisibility? It would explain how he knew lilly sacrificed herself for harry. It would explain why they didn't have wands (they felt protected). It explains why she sounded like she was talking to someone before voldemort entered room. And how he had possession of the cloak when Harry started school. But I also realize Dumbledore had all three items in his possession at one time also.
It wasn’t just Dumbledore who asked for the cloak, apparently James was very willing to give it to him. He didn’t have to if he thought he needed or wanted it.
something that would’ve also been interesting regarding the dumbledore is death theory is that the only wizard voldemort was afraid of was dumbledore. voldemort was also terrified of death (aka dumbledore in this theory). so you could make the argument that voldemort only feared dumbledore because dumbledore WAS death.
Dumbledore always looking out for HIS best interest. He knew Harry was the only person to annihilate Voldemort so he moved chess pieces to meet HIS end goal.
Hey boss love your vids. Keep em comin. But could I request a Fantastic beasts explained type vid. Mainly the 3rd. I won't watch it cause of the Depp bein canned situation. I'm dyin on that hill.
It's a huge cliffhanger. And we probably won't ever see the other two movies. The main thing from the 3rd movie is that the blood pact gets broken, Dumbledore and Grindlewald have a duel, which kinda winds up as a draw. There's plenty if other stuff that went on, but that was the only detail that was memorable to me.
@@richardallen6067Honestly, good idea not wasting your time. Its ok. Doesnt really do justice to grindelwald at all imo. Johnny didnt really either tho, imo. The whole movie is really dumb and very slapstick. Bunch of misdirection then bam, dead deer thingy.
My take on these Dumbledore death theories is that Dumbledore wasnt lieing. Ever. He put the ring on. Not to kill himself. But because he thought it would grant him the power to bring back his dead loved ones. I doubt he actually forgot it was a horcrux. And more forgot what that meant. He was very full of himself and confident of his powers. I suspect he figured he could handle the aftermath and master the stone at the same time. Only to realize that both were false. He was humbled. It wasnt a self scarficing plan but a moment of pure hubris from him. A flaw he admitted to having often. He figured, in the moment, he was stronger than Voldemort and more clever than Death. Also i think Snape totally killed him. I believe his curse wasnt a full power because he lacked the true desire, even though he never seemed to like Dumbledore at all, he never hated him either. If Dumbledore wasnt at deaths door from the ring and the potion he drank with Harry, the curse likely would have simply harmed him and not killed him. But being severely weakened, it was enough to do the job.
I think, overall, Dumbledore is a reformed dark wizard who has moments and manipulative motives that are still dark in nature. It would make sense that he tries to do good but does underhanded and arguably evil exections of his pursuit of serving the greater good. Thats why I think a few of these theories would make sense about our beloved Head Master.
I like the original Dumbledore more than the actor that took his place. First one seemed more befitting the role, second one always seemed to have a streak of malice in him
He was time turning the whole time to find the right combination of event that would lead to Voldemort’s demise and fawkes was actually transfigured Dumbledore the whole time. Boom!
Didn’t they dig up Dumbledore’s body to get the Elder wand after though? I wish he had lived but I have a hard time accepting that he faked his death when there was not just his body on the ground but in the grave with the Elder wand. I think the color difference might be more because of the feelings Snape was having when he had to cast it. They don’t explain the meaning behind the colors but I wonder if it has something to do with the feelings and intentions of the wizard/witch casting the spell. Great video, I’m glad I found your channel!
Even if Dumbledore survived the fall, the curse from the Gaunt ring would have killed him anyway. Snape told Dumbledore while it can be temporarily contained, it would kill Dumbledore ( Snape said in a year).
Dumbledor is on another level when it comes to being a wizard. He was not, to quote professor Flitwick, a baboon waving around a funny stick. He was breaking down Tom riddles plans and magic with cunning and unmatched wisdom. You hate him bc you ain’t him.
A cholate frog card would also be the kind of innocuous item that is often misplaced and could be easily planted anywhere. Would finding something like that among the clutter in a desk drawer be all that alarming even if you have no idea how it go there? There are countless such items in my desk.
By that time, his soul was split 6 times and it was very unstable. When the avada kevadra backfired, he couldn't die as he was tethered to life by the other horcruxes, so his soul accidentally split and found refuge in the only living being in the room that was baby Harry. Voldemort didn't plan to create a horcrux that night, it was an accident
I have another question. Could Dumbledore not have destroyed the ring horcrux and decursify it before using the stone? Does a cursed object loses it's curse after it affects someone and this is how Harry was able to use it later?
I don’t think the theory that dumbldore is death is true because he asked James to borrow the invisibility cloak to study it, if he were death he would recognize it on the spot
He's the only wizard who would have all the deathly hollows completely casually to the point nobody even noticed. He didn't do anything with all that power almost like he's had it before
To date, no. The only known ones that have done it are, obviously, Voldemort. And another evil wizard that we know next to nothing about, named Herpo, The Foul. There is some debate about the theory that Morgan Le Fey created one, but there's no supporting info either way. That said, it's been mentioned that people have tried and failed, so in all likelihood, there could have been evil witches similar to Bellatrix, that could have made the attempt and failed.
The idea that Dumbledore set Riddle up with a book on Horcruxes is, to me, admittedly pretty dumb. That's encouraging the kid to murder while gaining immortality, when otherwise even the most powerful Dark wizard would still be mortal and thus, could be killed in a moment of distraction. All he really had to do was point Riddle falsely towards some powerful source early in the game, but said source carried a powerful curse that would have taken Riddle out of the running.
32:10 this isn't weird. It's a specific technology. Like, think of all the different software that does the same thing but they work differently. I agree that he wanted to study the hallows, but the argument for it... I think I can understand why he would, even if he could make himself invisible.
Why would Voldemort love his mother if she not only "mated" with a muggle but put a love spell on him to do it ? Wouldn't she be the worst kind of blood traitor
I do not think Dumbledore survived the fall, even if Snape couldn't wholly mean to kill him, because: The curse of the ring when he wore it had already started to kill him, the potion he drank to get to the locket brought him even closer to death (JKR made it clear he was VERY unwell, slumping down along the wall, etc.), then Avada Kadavra on top of it all... no, Dumbledore died and there's no getting away from it.
For the first theory, I can only imagine what he would of done in the muggle world if he didn't go to Hogwarts. Just basing it off what he did in the wizarding world I'd imagine he would of been some sort of despot.
Dumbledore had been a dark wizard? I understand that he was once the companion of Grindelwald, and that they once shared desires of greatness. Still, I had never heard that he was ever a wielder of dark magic.
Can someone please explain how you inadvertently make Harry Horcrux when you have to kill and go through a ritual to create one with the others. The explanation that Dumbledore offers that Voldy's souls didn't have anywhere to go an latched on to Harry was not convincing. Seemed to me like an afterthought.
i don’t care what anyone says about dumbledore , he was the smartest person and he did what he needed to and single-handedly kept harry alive (i know it wasn’t just him who helped harry) but nobody would’ve thought or had the power the way dumbledore did 🤷🏻♀️
The Dumbledore Death thing probably would have happened after the first step after he likely would have wanted death. Or after whatever point ended his sister's life.
why go out of his way to ensure tom goes as far as he did tho? the harry aspect I understand he would need to die to save all of wizard kind and human kind, but at any point along the way he could have helped, stopped or had tom imprisoned rather than set up a elaborate un-needed plan.
Dumbledore is death. The scene where harry "dies" proves that. In death harry sees one person dumbledore. Dumbledore also says he has a scar of the london underground. Where did harry go at death ?
The brothers didn't meet death, they saw death, that is they saw someone die, then they all immediately saw a thestral materialize and thought it must be death as they aren't well known even in the magical community as they're seen as bad luck and even death omens or related to death in other ways so it's not far fetched to think it was death or a version of, and we already know the elder wand has a thestral core, and the invisibility cloak being thestral skin makes sense as they are invisible to anyone that hasn't seen death and the cloak acts in a similar way in that you can only see through it if you have experienced death meaning the living cant see through it and the stone is the stone found in a thestrals stomach similar to that of a bezoar enabling the holder to see past deaths veil which it's believed thestrals can naturally do anyway so in the story, death gives them these items like the cloak off his back but in reality the 3 brothers slayed the thestral and fashioned the items from it's remains like the skin making the cloak and together became masters of 'death' having believed to have slain death, upon splitting up though 2 nearly imediately died so the rumor of 'uniting all the hallows' and becoming 'the master of death' was born. Dumbledore even backs this theory saying the 3 brothers were powerful wizards well learned in the magical arts and likely made the hallows and didn't actually meet death
The reason why Dumbledore never tracked down Voldemort and killed him because Dumbledore would never kill somebody in Cold blood he would only kill somebody if he had to
I’ve just thought of something do you think Dumbledore might of manipulated Voldemort to go to the Potter’s house I mean Dumbledore had the cloak so he probably new that by killing both of the potters would make the events play out no it’s pretty out there but it does kind of make sense
Dumbledore’s father died in Azkaban within 3 years of going there. And Albus Dumbledore never was sent to Azkaban, he visited at least Morfen Gaunt there.

Why does your video seems like Rita Skeeter's - Life and lie of Dumbledore 😂
BTW LOVE YOUR VIDEO DUDE and LOTS OF LOVE ❤
Dumbledore did not "allow" dementors to roam the grounds. The ministry of magic imposed the dementors on the school and Dumbledore insisted that they stay outside the boundaries of the school. They broke that rule when they came to the quiddich match and he drove them back. He also insisted that Fudge remove them from the school after they tried to use the kiss on Harry
Death couldn't see through the invincibility cloak? But Mad Eye Moody could? 🤔 Hmmm
I mean, Mad Eye scares me more than death, so that checks out.
@@MrKevin486 😂😂🤗
But but but... Dumbledore can see trough it...
It said death couldn't find him, big difference.
I don't remember reading Dumbledore seeing directly through the cloak. He was very good at noticing traces of magic and most likely knew when one was there though.
I feel like "Dark Dumbledore" would be less of a thing had Michael Gambon (all due respect) not played him like a neurotic prep school instructor.
@@lironkufert7495 voldemort's soul looked like that cause he did it 7 times
@@alexanderpowell3681 i agree but it says it in the books that creating a horcrux even once shatters your soul, so if Dumbledore had done it even once, his soul maybe wouldn't have been as maimed as voldemort’s but certainly wouldn't have been whole
But of Dumbledore had made an horcrux, hé wouldn't have died...
@elisadellaglio
Why not?
Volde... he who must not be named died several times, and he had at least 7 horcruxes.
The two biggest dark Lords in history have 1 thing in common
Dumbledor 😮
Yea they're so evil for wanting power yet dumbledore's right next to both of them and ends up with all three deathly hollows making him the most powerful wizard. It's even said a few times that dumbledore's the most powerful wizard. I guess it's only evil to want to be powerful not to actually be powerful.
Must say randomly stumbled onto this channel and this is my first video watching and must say I'm hooked definitely gonna check out the rest!!!

Splitting the soul is one of the most dark and evil things a wizard can do. Dumbledore wouldn't make a horcrux!
@@Larka661 Dumbledore did plenty of shady things in his life. However, I do not believe that making a horcrux was one of them. My comment was to firmly debunk the idea that either of these items could be a horcrux.
I wish someone would do a video on the theory that Ravenclaw's diadem was what held the curse on the defense against the dark arts position.
I'd like to hear that one.
Promising to return you to dead loved ones then killing you seems like a stunt death would pull
You next theory: what if Harry Potter was really a wizard
I always figured Dumbledore borrowed the cloak so James couldn't do anything wreck less
Reckless
Or he knew the prophecy and took the cloak before Voldemort could get it

25:24 - wasn't Marvolo Gaunt Tom Riddle's grandfather? As far as I know Marvolo had a Daughter, Merope Gaunt, who married Tom Riddle Senior, and then had Tom Riddle Junior aka Voldemort as son. Or did I miss something?
You're absolutely correct

In my theory the answer to the guestion "why did dumble dore put on the cursed ring" voldemort could have enchanted the ring that who ever finds it will have unresistable feeling to try it on, becouse the ring was so well hidden that only one who knows what they are doing would know how dangerous the ring is and wouldnt ever put it on so voldemort made sure that they will do it no matter what in case if some one finds it
Great video❤as always
Thank you so much❤
Dumbledore had this theory about the "greater good" and he was acting accordingly
Dumbledore didn't want the cloak to fall into voldemorts hands
I have a question... though maybe it was answered and I didn't pay attention. If Dumbledore faked his death at the tower, wouldn't he still die shortly afterwards because of his cursed hand? Or would Voldemort's death cancel the curse?
37:39 Dumbledore didn't want the invisibility cloak to fall into Voldemort's hands.
As far as we can tell, he doesn't even think to talk to her and he was at Hogwarts when she died.
this was good thank you!!

@@doll9340 it's settled. Depp won against the Hurd. They still cancelled him tho. So that's why I refuse to watch it.
@@richardallen6067ah ok thanks. It sucks that it even happened in the first place
Dumbledore was never a dark wizard
Albus Dumbledore only didn't tell Harry about Snape loving his mother because Professor Snape told him not to tell anyone.
Yet everyone knew lol
Dumbledor is on another level when it comes to being a wizard. He was not, to quote professor Flitwick, a baboon waving around a funny stick. He was breaking down Tom riddles plans and magic with cunning and unmatched wisdom. You hate him bc you ain’t him.
A cholate frog card would also be the kind of innocuous item that is often misplaced and could be easily planted anywhere. Would finding something like that among the clutter in a desk drawer be all that alarming even if you have no idea how it go there? There are countless such items in my desk.
Genuine question, if a ritual is required to create a horcrux then how did harry become one?
I somehow doubt voldemort just accidentally performed it.
@@lironkufert7495 i see, thanks
Another thought, maybe Dumbledore didn't want the cloak to fall into the hands of Valdemoert or some other unsavory character?
I have another question. Could Dumbledore not have destroyed the ring horcrux and decursify it before using the stone? Does a cursed object loses it's curse after it affects someone and this is how Harry was able to use it later?
I don’t think the theory that dumbldore is death is true because he asked James to borrow the invisibility cloak to study it, if he were death he would recognize it on the spot
He's the only wizard who would have all the deathly hollows completely casually to the point nobody even noticed. He didn't do anything with all that power almost like he's had it before
Do we have any history of female witches creating hocruxes?
To date, no. The only known ones that have done it are, obviously, Voldemort. And another evil wizard that we know next to nothing about, named Herpo, The Foul. There is some debate about the theory that Morgan Le Fey created one, but there's no supporting info either way. That said, it's been mentioned that people have tried and failed, so in all likelihood, there could have been evil witches similar to Bellatrix, that could have made the attempt and failed.
A special installment? Ohhh I'm excited!
Only just dawned on me the play on words of raising Harry like a pig and the schools name of Hogwarts doh 🫣
Did dumbledore have invisibility before he studied the invisibility cloak ? If not I have major questions about the Resurrection stone
yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh love for all muggles and wizardy people alike
Tom Riddle finished school the same year Dumbledore defeated Grindlewald I think.
Dumbledore had been a dark wizard? I understand that he was once the companion of Grindelwald, and that they once shared desires of greatness. Still, I had never heard that he was ever a wielder of dark magic.
As far as the theory that Dumbledore used a spell or apparated the only reason that I dismiss them is because he had no wand
I think dumbledore knew living witha horcrux (harry) would be torture thats why he sent him to live with people he despised
I understand our desires to save Dumbledore but would he really want that? As you mentioned he was a old sick man who misses his family
So in a way Voldemort did become the DADA professor at one point in time.

why go out of his way to ensure tom goes as far as he did tho? the harry aspect I understand he would need to die to save all of wizard kind and human kind, but at any point along the way he could have helped, stopped or had tom imprisoned rather than set up a elaborate un-needed plan.
Dumbledore is death. The scene where harry "dies" proves that. In death harry sees one person dumbledore. Dumbledore also says he has a scar of the london underground. Where did harry go at death ?
I thought it was a video about theories Dumbledore created.
Wait if death can't see through the cloak then it couldn't be Dumbledore... he sees harry and Ron in Hagrid house in #2
Nobody mentions that dumbledore had all three deathly hollows
Harry is a *descendant of Ignotus Peverell. Ignotus is Harry's ancestor. You had that backwards.
