Cake tin- 6 inch
Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
Condensed milk- 1 cup
Oil- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4tsp
Salt- 1 pinch
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Rose essence- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Chopped dryfruits for garnishing

Can I use milk powder instead of condensed milk?? How much milk powder n milk mixture can be put instead of condensed milk??
Mix 1/2cup milk with 1 cup milk powder.
I added 2 Tbsp sugar in it and it was perfectly balanced sweet.

You can bake it in kadhai also. Preheat kadhai for 5 minutes on medium flame then bake the cake for 35-40 minutes on low medium flame.

Can I do it in the Microwave and If yes For how much time?
If you want to microwave this cake, you can microwave it for 5 minutes on full powder. But the outer surface of the cake won't be brown as in this cake.
