    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    All Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - Some
    Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 1 Cup
    Oil(तेल) - 1/3 Cup
    Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
    Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
    Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    Rose Water(गुलाब जल) - 1 Tsp
    Milk(दूध) - 1 Cup
    Salt(नमक) - 1 Pinch
    All Purpose Flour(मैदा) - 1 Cup
    Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
    Vinegar(सिरका) - 1 Tsp
    Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - Some
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    Keep the Kadhai on the flame, and place a steel ring in it. Cover it and keep it for pre-heating.
    Take Cake Mould, grease some Oil, dust some White Flour/Maida in it, and keep it aside.
    In a big bowl put Milk Powder by sieving it. Then put Refined Oil, Ghee, sieved Powdered Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Rose Water, Milk & a pinch of Salt. Mix well all the ingredients with the whisker. Then put some White Flour/Maida, Baking Powder & Baking Soda by sieving them. Add some Milk & White Vinegar & beat it with the whisker well. Then Put the Batter into the Cake Mould. Tap it 3-4 times & bake the Cake in the preheated pan for 30-35 mins on slow flame. Check the Cake & turn the flame off & keep it cooling down for half an hour. Take out the cake & de-mold it. Cut the cake into pieces & enjoy the Tasty Mawa Cake.
    Tip:
    Use all the ingredients at room temperature.
