Hello friends
Today i am sharing with you all your most requested Vanilla sponge cake recipe with atta. This comes out very spongy and fluffy. Do try this very easy to make recipe and share your comments below.

~Ingredients~
Atta or whole wheat flour- 1 and 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Lukewarm milk- 1 cup
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
White sesame seeds for garnishing

I made this Cake without Refine and vanilla essence . I used Amul Butter in place of refine . The cake was just woah . When I tasted the batter it was tasting like we can say Aataish .but when I baked the cake it completely changed . While taking the cake out of tin it broke maybe greasing issues . But it was so spongy

Hi everyone I just made it with Lil changes. Just divide the aata part I put aata 1 cup and 1/4 cup custard powder and added some almonds 5-6 cashew broken 8-10 roughly chop and did all same measurement and the ingredients one more thing that I put vanilla custard powder so I did not use the liquid one. It turned out so well that I was not accepting. Actually the thing was I was looking for another video where she put maida and told you can put aata and I made that sponge too early days. Now I want to make that same one but couldn't find the video so I came accross this video and give a chance. I loved it. Thankyou so much

Hello nice recipe, if we want to bake it in oven what would be the temperature and timing for it. Thanks for the amazing recipe 😊
preheat oven at 180 degrees and bake the cake at 180 degrees c for approx 30-35 minutes
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 + 1/4 cup atta
1 tsp baking powder
2 pinch baking soda (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
Decoration with sesame seeds
Oven - 180°C - 30 minutes
Mam can we replace jaggary if so same measurement ?

You can see the recipe of red velvet cake and red velvet lava cake at the channel terrace kitchen and then you can just pour the same batter of red velvet cake in mugs they turned out really good and tasty

Any kadhai will do. The kadhai i use is a non stick coated aluminium kadhai and it is not heavy bottomed.

Add baking soda instead of baking powder and use vinegar in half amount instead of lemon juice then your cake will come out perfect ...

You should not use a notebook paper..
The ink on the paper is not good for your health.
