In Florida every auto parts store that sells oil has to accept used oil ... you don’t have have a receipt or even had bought it there ... I was told they re-sell it for a profit actually ...

Thanks for the reply, do you know if there is a difference in fuel consumption between the sho and the inline 4?

It was great until the part where you replace the oil. You skipped right over that. You drained, changed the filter, and started up. ??? Do you pour into the dipstick hole? Did I miss something?

I did put oil in. I did not show it because some people might put that amount in their own engine. So check to see how many are used in that engine.

I'm looking to buy a Yamaha 115 four stroke for a 17ft action craft would you recommend the inline 4 like this one or the max sho model?

I love mine! Great performance! If you want speed then go with the SHO. However it is a different schedule to maintain. I would go with the 115LB just like you see here for that boat. You should get the same performance I am getting. The two boats are very similar in style.

Hi Captain Cavanaugh. Thanks for chiming in here, I've been watching your videos and am very impressed with the F115LB (and your videography). Like the Rosie Bill above, I'm also deciding on a F115LB or the SHO 115. Had my 1999 F100 on my 18 Hewes Bonefisher for 17 years, so thinking going with the standard F115 as well to hopefully get as much life out of it.
