Hi Paul!! Thanks a lot for your kind words!! Its indeed a nice looker.Sad,the quality of the engine it self is not up to the standards they was in its early days. Not harden shaft, and the plastic rotor and back plate is crap.It dont seal well. Have a great day,and I send you a mail soon!
Big thx Jan! A real British Ikon...one of the last from the long road of engine development at the E.D. factory. If the shaft was harden, and the rotor / back plate was made better...Oh yes..it could be a "Beater" .... Would not be ugly sitting in your Monitor! ;-)
Many thanks Bill!! A reall British ikon..shame the quality is bad.Shaft is also not even harden! Plastic back and rotor is also a sad moulding job..could run much better. Have a great day at your workshop!

Whoooow your shiny brigh green Hunter look very cool at sunny day ... and also run fantastic, very stable with balanced cranksaft, very good conversion job.
Hi Derek.I make the diameter of the exhaust so,that it still fit the org exhaust throttel..it works pretty nice,as it prevent cooling down inside the combustion chamber...a bit lumpi, but works great! Many regards to Australia!
Hi Phil! The color is indeed so lovely..... Its bright green from Toronto / Anodizeworld. Sadly the shop not sell it anymore...shop is closed..due to covid I think.. at least,I try to buy several time and cant acces the website again. But maybe they are re open..not sure..you have to check on the web...Do you anodize youe self too?
@@valic000 Hi Valic . Yes I have converted a few glow engines to diesel and anodised the heads red , blue but until the last job , a small crankcase I made for a Boddo Mills Green was very difficult colour to anodised. The crankcase was dyed green using green ink . I can't put pictures on here otherwise I would show you.
@@philf5043 Hi Phil. Some Aluminium is very difficult or even not possible to anodize. It really depends on the type. I think the 2000 series are pretty hard and difficult to anodize. 6000 series are better suited ..But there are so many types of Alu!! I can send you a bit of this lovely green, if you want. It is used for the ED engines. You can write to p.valicek at planet.nl. I am very busy...but will reply Phil! Have a great weekend mate! Peter Valicek
