- The ANC Youth League in Gauteng has slammed the provincial agriculture
department over the Nguni project.
The young lions claim that the scheme to empower aspiring farmers with
30 pregnant heifers and a bull is deceptive and will only benefit
whites.

Why is such an old guy talking on behalf of youth league?
This has nothing to do with race. If no black individual qualifies due to the scale of their land then surely two or three or four can collaborate in a cooperative manner inorder to comply and benefit. Instead of finding fault with the frame work and blaming whites the mature approach would be to find a way to comply with the requirements. The requirements are there for a reason. i don't have to be a farmer to know that the goal isn't to keep the heads of cattle but to increase the heads of cattle.
