    This was fantastic, thank you! I’m seated at a desk most of the day, and while I’m alone I can’t do anything too crazy/have to be prepared for someone to enter the room. This worked very well!

    Thank you so much for this Emi. I have bad knees, and I'm overweight, so it's hard to keep up with most exercise videos. I was able to see this one through, even though it was a lot harder than it looked. Thank you for giving options for people like me.

    Hii Emi I am from India. I have done lot of your workouts and it was amazing i got the results. I have done your 30 minutes workouts. I don't have much time to increase my duration but in this month i was not consistent. I have not worked out this month. But i am trying to join again . ❤❤❤❤
