It actually never occurred to me to just heal up instead of blocking the fists. I spent a long time learning the block-timing for each of those attacks.
Yeah, I just blocked the attacks at first, but then I just added a healer to my team to make things easier. You can also collect those blue gems to fully upgrade your defense.
can't believe how many people are here complaining about this boss fight being difficult lol the first phase is literally just perfect blocking the fists and then in the battle phase, all you have to do is spam everyone's buttons to build a high combo for the damage multiplier and use ajna's highest iddhi attack, over and over second phase is even easier cause you don't even have to dodge anything since you just perfect block all the obstacles except the giant spikes that do like 24k damage which are easily telegraphed where to stand and then you can just hold block for the battle phase and you'll have more than enough health to survive absolutely everything if you bothered getting lv5 def, which there's basically no reason not to since it takes no time exploring the game once you have divine wheel
For real, I had to agree with them just to avoid unnecessary drama lol But yeah, I was at the point in the game where I was at max level for offense and level 4 for defense. It just took some practice, and it really wasn't that bad.
I'm glad you think that my video is good quality, thank you. Hopefully watching my video will help you out with Kala, you should put a healer in your team so you can recover you health, good luck :)
This game had a lot of good ideas. None of them were great, but I was enjoying it. Until this stupid fight. It's bad design to have the game give you a god-tier ability right before the boss fight, the ability is literally called "Divine Wheel", and then take that ability away during said boss fight. Why can't you do the Divine Wheel? Why can't you do any of Ajna's aerial abilities in the second part of the fight. The game gives no explanation. You just can't. Bad design. And after training you in every encounter to attack the boss during the platforming structure to switch to the Action RPG structure, this segment of the game has no Action RPG structure and attacking the boss will result in your death. Terrible, terrible design. But the worst aspect is the fact that this entire game I've focused on building relationships with all of these characters, complete with personal quests, only to have EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM say "Peace Out" (not shown in this video) before the final fight. "Hope you save the world. See ya!" How was that even in the working script? Now that I know the drama behind Lab Zero Games I kind of understand why I'm looking at unrealized potential.
It's not the worst boss fight I've ever had, but it's the worst one I've had in quite some time. I kept attacking Kala so that the game would switch from the platforming combat to the Action RPG combat. You know, like it does in every single other boss encounter in the game; including the first portion of this very boss fight.
@ShinAdamSmasher I think by the time I posted this video, which was a few years ago, I liked thus boss fight but now over the years, I agree that this is one of the worst boss fights

That was the best boss and ending i've ever watch! Your a legend Case! 👍😆 *Enjoyed the game*
It really was :)
Thank you so much Dale =D
This is the Sans fight of indivisible
Yes this is true, you pretty much need to find all of the blue stones to max out your defense, just to defeat Kala XD
@@CasePompano1106 i have my def at 3 😂😂😂
This gamd had so much potential. We need a Wha Happun on this, but given the kinda dark background, I don't think this will be touched
Yeah... we'll probably never get to know what happens next

I actually dispise this boss. I have to watch your video( which I don't regret bcs it's actually good quality

Bro Kala has been beating my ass for a week, no way I can beat her
How did you heal while blocking?
You need to collect the blue gems that can be found all over the map. I think you can start healing from blocking once you reach defense level 3 or 4

I gotta say, outside of being an excellent game this boss fight was total bs.
This fight made me hate the game
That is very understandable, it was pretty difficult for me too
worst boss fight ever. honestly.
Did it take a long time for you to defeat this boss?
Bro forreal. Started over 1000 times and I hate this
Understandable. It took many attempts for me as well
