The actual combat part of this boss isn't that bad, but those fucking fireballs suck. And the fact that you have to start the entire thing over if you die. Brutal
@@that1trashborb948 The 2nd platforming after minutes of (boring) fighting and no checkpoint. I'm trying to backtrack to the bell after each phase this eve.
@@stephangoldenberg9163 that's so unnecessary just rack up alot of charges on dhar, learn to perfect sheild, and constantly keep the spider in the air. The most annoying part for me was the tiny spiders the best way to fight them is go all the way to the right since they allways spawn left and just slowly chop away at them until the mom comes back.
Always remember when fighting this boss. Each head can absorb any amount of damage so think of it like StarCraft 2 Immortal Hardened Shields. Make sure you get a character that can attack multiple times rather than ones with high damage output.
Do you really have to hit the fireballs getting to phase 3 or can you avoid them? I just seem to fucking die every time i try to get to him after the second fight
It's jAIMoe! BRUH PLEASE KEEP PLAYING, it really is a good game and you shouldn’t let this bully of a boss stop you, there is such an amazing game ahead and so many cool power to unlock
Totally understandable...this game is crap...the battle system is pure shit, no items, no Magic, no défend except to do "just defend"...its an RPG not Mark of the Wolves...this system is just stupid button mashing combo. The healing mécanic of Razmi is way too slow. I stop when I die the 1st time against this awful boss (2e phase) after 1 hour of boring platforming/puzzle jumping. 2nd time today with motivation, died on the third phase because when Razmi is out...its over because you had no solution to heal the tons of damage he does...3rd try on the way...if I die I stop this game forever. The difficulty scale is absolutely garbage : childish easy during exploration / Ajna must die against Bosses....
Wait, was there a patch? I fall back down when I get hit by the fireballs, I just can't make it to the top. (~ 11:15) I came here to look for a way to get there, hmm...
omg what am i suppose to do. I get to the phase two where it becomes platforming but there's this invisible barrier that keeps hitting me back. this happened multiple times and idk why
I almost killed him too but of couse I didn't do it. It would help to have checkpoints after each phase. In the last part I couldn't use my abilities to attack as I was always have to use them to revive someone.
This is my first turn-ish battle game and when I get to this point 13:00 it turns impossible for me to beat it and I can´t understand what am I missing. :(
I can't seem to get to the third form, these obstacle course, hardcore platforming inbetween each phase is pretty bullshit when you buy the game thinking it's a rpg game and not some platformer.
And then in the actual fight hr just starts spamming the AOE beam so you're fucked if any characters are low on health since they just die the moment you revive them.
So am I to understand that level grinding doesn't exist in this game? None of the enemies I've ever defeated have respawned. That would definitely help in the difficulty I seem to be having in this game, overall.
Not really, no. It exists in the mid to late game but it's hardly practical. The game is more about figuring things out and playing around it as best you can. I got a handle on it pretty quickly but I owe that mostly to having the fighting game mindset that the combat is designed around.
This is awful RPG design...the difficulty is High and the only thing to do for the player to progres is to up his own skill with the pad...a lot of people will be kicked out on this game with such elitist game design. No griding, no farming, no items, no time pause during fight (the ennemi continue to attack like crazy)...
Ok...I finally beat this beast on the 6th try...I thought he was unbeatable but...I JUST DIDN'T USED THE RIGHT BUILD! Thats the problem of this game...you can't play with the team you want because some character are useless for some battle...my advice (hope it will be useful for someone) - Rava cannot loose health until his long neck is destroyed so the guy with the sword and Ajna are quite useless you need character with multiple hit on ONE attack to take down the neck quickly and save your attack when Rava is wide open. -Tungar down+attack is PERFECT! He can barely take the neck on this only attack ! Zebei is THE MOST USEFUL character for this fight ! His attack charge quickly and is multiple so he can help Tungar to take down the neck quickly and use his skill to do massive damage to Rava. His Ultra is STRONG, I use it each time I could. Ginseng is perfect to heal (Razmi seems pure shit...sad) : attack, attack, up+attack that the pattern for Ginseng for ALL the fight with his 3 slot. The up+attack will be charge enough to heal a lot. Ajna...pretty useless, too weak, no multiple hit, no healing, even her ultra is meh....she s just a support chara to help the others for some extra damage. And of course : Just Defend (timing) when Rava use his beam to save some precious HP. This build make this fight quite easy. I tried the team of this video but with no result...so...hope you will kill this OP boss after only 2h of play (awful game design...)

this game has a lot of references to India's history
This boss made me rage quiet 5 times
He's not that hard.
No just can't get up to him
Why rage quit? It isn't that hard just confusing to fight is all

1)Ajna & Friends vs Maha Ravannavar
geez I didn't know you can recover after being hit by the fire ball xD
Thx that helped a lot :P
This fight reminded me of Hercules when he fought the Hydra, chop one head and another appears.
Katerina Anja makes sense, I believe that in ancient Indian mythology there was a king named Ravanna who had at least a dozen heads.
your damage is much higher than mine -- im gna back track,,oh shoot i cant

Twice ive gotten to the third phase with him chiseled down to almost nothing and died...
Same. It's really annoying. In a normal RPG I'd grind for awhile then go back. What am I supposed to do now? Apparently I'm not gud enough.

So in phase two you just need to guard break him? Good to know.

Cinestesia Anime the thing that helped me the most was learning the timing for perfect blocking his attacks so I wouldn’t take as much damage
Cinestesia Anime also use your iddhi for dhar because he is the highest damage output
I just started playing this game and I got to this bit and I was so close to finishing but my game completely crashed
He had no health left and my controller disconnected so I lost

Zebei is really useful in this fight
Anyone know of a written version of this. Watching it doesn't give you a step by step button control.
What th- How can you heal so much with that botanist kid? When I use him, he only heals like... one sixth of health per move :/
you gotta use their like neutral attack so itll boost their healing
also so does their special
