    Our babies are not left behind at all, so Blessing is super excited to publish the first baby food recipe here on this blog. This easy baby blueberry puree can be put up together within 10 minutes or less and you have a yummy puree to feed your baby. Watch this video to learn how to make a blueberry puree for your baby from the comfort of your kitchen.
    If it is your baby's first time of eating any other food aside from breast milk, consider making the consistency of the puree very light. Bear in mind that your baby's digestive system is just beginning to understand the "new thing" you are introducing to it so don't give it a burdensome task to execute. However, if you are making this puree for an older baby, then you can reduce the quantity of the breast milk added. This will ensure that a thicker consistency of the blueberry puree is obtained.
    The blender used is Vitamix A3500 Blender: amzn.to/35fA5O6
    Vitamix Ascent Series Blending Bowl: amzn.to/2RFJ57a

    For Ur information , Breast milk should never be blended , even vigorous shaking destroys the important elements of breast milk so always blend the fruit then add breast milk to it

    Just curious...why do you speak them with salt? Thanks for sharing!

    • @Globalfoodbook1
      @Globalfoodbook1  4 роки тому

      Hello, I don’t understand what you meant by “speak them with salt”. But if you intended to know the reason for washing the blueberries with salt, it is just to eradicate all the unwanted particles or contaminants that would have settled on the fruits. Cheers

      @@Globalfoodbook1 Thank you for replying! And yes, I intended to write "soak" them in salt but autocorrect intercepted lol. One last question, when you soak them in salt does the fruit absorb any of the salt or just clean them? Thank you!

      @@ashk4155 why are you being so irrationally irritating? No it doesn't. Doesn't soak salt. At least not to the extent that can be felt in puree. Even i wash them with salt first and add sugar after making puree. They still taste sweet and a bit sour.

      Hello Bruce, thanks for reaching out.
      To get rid of seeds from the fruits, you can blend them and then strain them with a sift. Here is a video of raspberry puree that adopts this concept ua-cam.com/video/WxfYZmm63gI/v-deo.html
      Straining helps to get rid of the seeds. If baby is allergic to milk, you can blend the fruits without milk. I hope these few tips help.
      Our regards to you and baby. Cheers
