Serving Sizes: Baby foods made out of fruits will become stale very quickly. So, make baby purees to 1 serving at a time. It is usually 1/2 to 2/3rds of an Apple. 1/3 to 1/2 of Banana. One side of a ripe mango and so on, depending on your baby's liking and the appetite.
Ingredients: As baby food for 4, 6 or 8 months old does not require anything other than the pure foods themselves. Please follow along the video.

Some fruits need to be boiled to make it smoother for the baby example Apple 🍎, pear 🍐, etc, but you don't need to boil some fruits like banana 🍌, avocado etc.

This video was so helpful! I loved it. I’m 7 months pregnant with my first baby and I refuse to buy and feed him that store bought stuff. It’s expensive, it looks so unappetizing, and you really don’t know exactly what’s in that stuff. That being said, I’ve always wanted to make his food at home. This looks so much healthier and better for my baby and I’m sure mixing flavors will help be cost effective as well. I’ll also be aiming to nurse for at least 6 months. A year and a half at the longest. Thank you for this awesome video!

I great way to get an avocado soft is to roll it around using your hand and your countertop. So when you cut it and try to smash it with a fork, it will be a LOT easier ☺️ (I do this when I make Pico de Gallo and it helps SO much)

Two early you should you her gestational age not when she came out.Wait another few weeks do not be in a rush as premier are prone to gastro issues and such.Keep giving breast milk and/or formula for now.

Boiled fruit is the best thing.. it’s very easy to digest babies stomach is so sensitive we have to make sure the food is proper cooking and boiled

Traditionally, 6months is the time when solids were introduced. Millennial mom's cant wait (lol)! So you may start at 5months.

thank you so much for this! I have been making my baby’s food for her and it is so easy and so much better for her, especially if you freeze the extra in ice trays. Make sure to let the fruit cool before you blend in the bullet blender or it will get to hot in there and explode when you take the lid off!

Hi Nandhini, because this is not heavy food, we used to give as a snack 2 times a day. Mid morning and mid afternoon. You can give them in the night. You may want to avoid the sweet one's when the baby has cold or cough.
