HOW TO: Quarter Panel Patch Panel

This is how i went about fixing the rust and creating a how made patch panel for rust repair.

time 7- 10 hours spent
tools used:
-Flux core welder ( mig would be better)
- grinder
-80 grit flap disk
- 16- 20 gauge sheet metal
