There is a similar Zenny farm on the route that you do on lava caverns. Also if you leave the map before the locale info changes then it won't reset. You can then jump back into the same map without having to cycle the locale info
Rurikhan this is better late than never, I know you said most of your routes are based on Gaijin Hunter, but isn't the Flooded Forest Zenny farm route made by U-tarou that Gaijin Hunter showcased? That means Gaijin didn't make the route, and you didn't credit Gaijin for his stuff, let alone the Japanese guy. It's good practice to give credit where its due!😅 Would appreciate it if you could clarify perhaps you have ur reasonings, much love💕!
i saw this video and thought: Another Mining path, maybe i could leave a few tips? But than i realized that would be WAY to much text for a comment that probably wouldn't be read anyway, so i here are a few general tips: More Dog riding. More wire buging with aiming. Example: Right at the beginning when you ride your dog to your first mining spot, instead of wiredashing against the wall, do this: Jump with the dog, jump from your dog, firefall, wiredash upwards (not straight foward) another wirefall, Wiredash upwards, and with one last air move, you are on top or very near the mining spot. Saves you a few very sweets seconds. Second example: if you put "let me on" command to ride your dog in your quick wheel, you can use it while you mine a spot. That way, no matter what, you instantly mount after mining. Very convinient as otherwise, the dog does ... dog things while you wait for him. Well anyway. i don't want to critizize here, i am just a zenny farming fanatic so i couldn't hold back :D
If you want to chill for a while and make decent zenny go to Flooded Forest and farm goldenfry from the pond beside base camp. They stack to 99 and sell for 500z a piece. The proximity to camp makes it super easy to just jog over and stash em when you fill up, and depending on how much time you want to turn your brain off you can net a good amount. Not nearly as quick, but requires absolutely no running around or remembering routes.
If you want to optimize the entrance to the cave in 09:28, if you jump of the dog and hug the left side wall your character will go to a sliding animation after the mining crop and you can slide right through the cave opening without needing to crawl through it.

people skip nodes because they have it down to a science. it's structured basically down to the second so every node is respawned as soon as you need it. it's important to be as fast as possible so you don't mess up the respawn times
Is there a benefit to manually selling like you did rather than just hitting "sell all" at the end of the quest? Do you get more by selling from your box?
The stuff you gather during the quest goes directly to your box, you don't see it on the reward screen. The stuff on the reward screen was just what his palico had gathered
With the Lava Caverns zenny farm route (both this version and the Gaijin version), if you find yourself moving too fast and having to wait for the nodes to respawn, there's a chance for you to completely eliminate that problem if you go to eat beforehand. One of the possible daily special dangos is I think Dango Harvester? Whatever the purple one is called. Grab that as it shortens gathering node respawn times, guaranteeing that nodes will have already respawned by the time you loop around. A couple times I was able to complete about 4 and a half loops of the Gaijin route before the local upsurge ended
Hey Ruri. I'm trying your Lava Caverns Kamura Point route and I noticed you were getting a LOT more points for each item from the nodes. When I mine them and receive the same item (same name) I get very few points in comparison. I have Dango Calculator even with Hopping Skewers (40% instead of 20%) as well as the HR Leather set. I am using the Village Expeditions (on Local Items Upsurge), not the Hub, not sure if this is why but it looked like you were using the village as well. Do you maybe know why this is?

That skill does speed up respawns. The point of these runs is to maximize gain with little RNG. Having to get the right upsurge and food buff takes to long, and you'd be able to do multiple runs before you get that combo. Also people have gotten this runs down to if you know the path by the time you complete a circuit, the first spot has respawned. And people leave before the local info changes because if you leave before it does, the upsurge won't change.
Thanks for the video I’ll be using this method in lava caverns since I’m used to the older one, but yea I don’t think ur math was… right on the zenny haha you went from 255k + 112k and jumped to 467k. But that’s ok end number was about 511k. And we are all happy with that!
Btw if you’re quick enough on the flooded forest Zenny route you can go back and repeat the route and collect three more mining outcrops before the 5 minute mark
Depends, on flooded forest you’ll want to leave to keep the map state with mining surge, on the other runs do whatever you want, so long as you complete when your done with what you’re doing.

What i ended up doing is going to hub & expedition shrine ruins, collecting a bunch of kamura point items for points, & the items im going to need for end game, killing a few things along the way no large monsters. To my surprise almost every time after i exited expedition i was given over 3k zenny. Just something to think about. Until hi rank thats kind of been my way of getting money when i need it. Even a expedition where i grabbed only a few things & fought nothing netted me 1k. Grinding can get Tedious in any MH game, Mindlessly running around though can be a nice break.
The moment I realized the money was from selling ore, I got excited because I had loads and loads that I wasn't even using and went from 1000 zenny to 600k
It seems like the game throws Kamura points at you by the thousands. But Zenny I am always low on. I only use like 3 or 4 weapons atm so its not like im doing a tons of crafting, but you just don't get enough by only hunting monsters. Gotta farm for cash now.
My guide farm zenny. Nothing. Just farm using weapon and armor from DLC until beat rise. Then when subreak come. Immediately farm zenny in the event quest vs rajang and get 900k + material in

The son who played World intro'd this to me recently, but I am horrible on the Controller. Just being honestly humble and thanking you for your efforts to aid the helpless.
People we're like no s**t when I pointed out the wirebug move RUI does is why he's able to travel so fast without a palamute and use 2 cat's instead. The move is very easy to Miss for new player's or even vet's that's why he pointed it out again for the second time. I don't mind criticism but mocking people is pretty silly.
