- With the one on one lesson with me today, Linda has improved by about 200%. Her fear level dropped from a 10.5 to about a level 7. Now she has to practice on her own then come back in a couple of weeks. My NEW Ride Like a Pro video is the one to get that teaches you the three techniques that with practice will have you riding with skill and confidence. www.ridelikeapro.com
Check out my son Tony's new Channel, LEO RIDES, here on UA-cam...subscribe and give him a thumbs up...he's just starting out filming his rides in Northern Italy where he is stationed, here's his latest video from Italy, www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CCsF... - Авто та транспорт
I appreciate the fact she is committed to learning the techniques and spending the time required to improve her riding skills.
I appreciate that she is committed...
Don't be a "the fact" lemming. Paul.

This was a pleasure to watch, Seeing how far she has come is a testament of what determination and an excellent instructor can do for a person confident. Can't wait to see her next week.
thank you!
You are one hell of an instructor, Jerry. The way you speak to your students and encourage them while being realistic about their weaknesses is always calm and professional. They trust you and you know what you’re doing.
Nice job for teacher and student. You can just sense her fear level going down as you see her speed increase and hear those R's come up.
She has an incredible bike! I hope she knows we're all cheering for her improvements.
Audio Arcturia I love her Indian scout too
Excellent Linda! Much Better! 😊
I'm so proud of Linda, she's definitely "getting it" and can't wait to see her in a couple weeks kicking butt at our class!
I am wondering what happened with all the keyboard commandos from Monday night? JS Thank you both for being wonderful instructors!
@@lindafreeman3803 Me too!? 🤷♀️🤣🤣🤣 You did GREAT today Linda!!! See you on the 17th?
Linda Freeman right?!!
I have to work on the 17th 😔

I found myself laughing, not for her fear to lean while riding but for what she accomplished. If I was there I would be jumping up and down clapping and laughing for joy for her. I bet she will be looking forward to turns now and seek them out.
Nice!
I personally believe fear is the absence of mastering a technique.
Fear and motorcycles do not mix and are bound to cause a conflict, or worse, at some point in time.
Fearless is not the goal but cautious and mindful how that wonderful machine can do exactly what you want and where you want it.
Clearly Linda is getting it now and soon I'm sure she will turn twisters in the tarmac, beautiful how somebody can learn, grow and overcome.
For a good part of course an excellent instructor who sees all the language of the motorcycle & its rider plus plenty of patience & determination from all involved.
Kudos for Linda for facing her fears and having the commitment to address, it takes a great person to admit to that, and share it with us.
And makes one not only a safer rider but also way more enjoyable.
This is clearly a testament & great example that with an excellent instructor one can become a far better rider, mastering the skills required.
4 wheels move the body, 2 wheels move the soul....
I'm no expert, but i think sometimes you just have to fall over with your bike to see it ain't really that scary, to overcome your fear factor. Good to see her making progress, she can actually enjoy riding properly.
It's amazing that you can take someone who is afraid of leaning and turn them into a confident rider, with new skills, in such a small amount of time. Now that the weather is better up north, I'm going up to the school parking lot and practice. Thanks Jerry!
Sportbike rider here who goes pretty fast. Nothing more satisfying than seeing someone overcome an obstacle on the bike and have the confidence to succeed in what they were after. Great coaching Jerry. You are a very patient individual, and in this case, the patience paid off
As a new rider at 48 years old, I cant even begin to tell you how much these videos help thanks Motor Man!!!!
You are helping hundreds if not thousands of newbies like me understand how ride a heavy bike!!
Thumbs up, and gladly Subscribed from Ontario Canada!!
Great job for Linda and her teacher Jerry.
Thank you kindly
Much respect for this lady. She’s gonna get there.
Interesting teaching technique with the bicycle. I frequently have students with similar challenges in the classes I teach. I think the bicycle thing is worth trying. I like the way you build confidence in the student.
Glad to see her confidence come up. Much better!
Motorman, this is brilliant. After 25 years of teaching, I'm set to retire. It's always a pleasure to watch a master teacher in action.
thank you.
Yes, Ms.Linda! You can do it! 👏🏾🎉
I can't tell you how helpful this is to me. I'm in the same boat as Linda to some extent. I've got the weave down but just can't get the u turn. Watching this is helpful and I know if I'm going to get my husband to help me set up the patterns and practice. Go Linda! Your progress is awesome and inspiring.
I said the same to my hubbie 👍
Get a dirt bike
@@johannacollins1130 Have your hubby* get you a dirt bike.
Now she is a rider! Great job Jerry you take great pride in your work!
Thanks 👍
Good for her!!
Great instructional method, Jerry. :-) Cool, calm, collected, without yelling & upsetting the students. Jerry, you are a great instructor. Been watching your DVD & reading your manual, as my leg heals. Can hardly wait to get riding again (soon) & start practicing these exercises. Thank you for the great videos & instructions. My wife STILL keeps saying "Jerry & Donna, thank you for saving my hubby's life!" :-)
You are very welcome
Lovely to see progress where the instructor builds confidence, nice one Jerry.
She is doing good. I know the feeling that you have Jerry. I spent my LE career teaching firearms not only to police officers, but to security guards who mostly were brand new shooters. When you have a student that finally gets it and goes literally from zero to hero and to see the confidence in their face, well there is nothing like it. Tell her the internet is proud of her improvement.
She isn't a literal zero now. She will never literally be a hero riding motorcycles. This isn't Street Hawk.

Would you consider being my language student?

Wow, she really did pick it up quick. Her clutch, throttle input weren’t great in the beginning but about halfway thru she was doing great! Great teaching!
This girl is puttin in the time The dedication is something else And I don’t know if this instructor is getting paid for the extra help But He is also putting in the time great
Well done, Linda. Very brave of you to start overcoming your fear. And kudos to the great Jerry Palladino and his instructor skills.
Thank you.
Ride Like a Pro Jerry Palladino You deserve the accolade, Jerry. I live in England and can only hope to be able to attend one of your schools someday.
Well done guys!!!👍👍👍
Nothing beats good verbal directive! Best wishes!
thanks.
Awesome job, Mrs. Linda! Gotta get on my bicycle now! I just ordered the DVD on sale today so I can practice on the bicycle before the DVD comes! You're such a good teacher, Mr. Jerry!
thank you.
Good lesson, I struggle with u-turns & this is very helpful information and I was actually cheering for her when she completed the 25ft turn. You’re a good instructor. Cheers
Glad it was helpful!
Linda, you are so brave and determined. Great job! Jerry, you are both smart and kind. Well done!
Thank you so much!
Practice and patience. It's amazing what this combination does for improving skills of any kind.
Putting the person on a bicycle. What an excellent idea! Getting a person's confidence up like this is fantastic. Great job.
P.S. we took a course of yours up in Detroit. Loved every second of it.
Glad you enjoyed it
WELL DONE, LINDA!
That bicycle idea was very smart, congratulations to herself on a wicked improvement.
Great to see the follow-up with her private lesson! Please do another video if she returns after 2 weeks of practice. I'd love to see the final outcome!
Definite improvement from last video. Thanks man. Very impressed. Onwards and upwards.
Much appreciated!
I feel deepest respect for you as a trainer, who really wants their students to succeed. Just a little experience I wanted to share with you, much of how I got better at balance: just ask her to get down and push the bike through some tracks you could lay down for the excercise. She will end up dropping the bike, but probably it will rid her of the fear. Bicycle is not the same as a motorcycle.
This was always my biggest fear...I'm taking a returning riders course in September 2022. Hope I can do my leans after watching your videos. TFS
What a contrast from the first video with this rider. Go Linda 👍🏻
Way to go Linda! Keep up the practice!
A pleasure to see a rider improve on front of your eyes is an amazing accomplishment, you are the man for the job
Great idea, I go to parking lot's to practice the full lock turns and it is a great training exercise
Great job
Nice, Impressed you took the time and had the patience to help her. Actions speak louder than words. Impressed she didn’t give up.
Go Linda! Much better, I can almost see the lightbulb 💡 above your head as you “get it”. So much improved, keep it up! And well done Motorman, usual exemplary training 👍
Thank you.
Thank you for your Knowledge and Experience you share in every video you makes & for your service as a policeman! 🙌🖤 ... \m/
I appreciate that
This girl can RIDE!! Great job Jerry you're an amazing coach.
Better man than I! After watching the first video I would've told her to sell the bike. Good on both of you!
To sell the bike...no. If they ate still like that afterwards then maybe. But that's ridiculous
Amazing how many backseat coaches are in these comments. Great job Linda. Jerry sure shows patience in teaching. You Linda are already doing better than a lot of riders. 👍
Yea it's funny. I've been at this for 21 years, and trained over 2 thousand students and even turned out top gun champion riders and have the best selling motorcycle instructional video in history, plus I wrote the book on this stuff, and some people want to tell me what I should and shouldn't do. I wonder if they go to the heart transplant video's and tell the doctor what he should be doing.
The bicycle is an awesome idea for a training technique! Takes away all the fear of hurting your precious bike and reminds them that they've already done this and the only differences are that it's heavier and has a throttle instead of pedals. I love watching these videos for two reasons: I love watching riders gain their confidence and I'm never going to be experienced enough to turn down more training.
Well done.
Go Linda go!!!! She looks soooo much more confident. I couldn't do that....not yet!
Awesome improvement Linda. Keep up the great work.
Awesome progress from the class I knew with your one on one she would get it. Can’t wait to see her in a few weeks
Firstly, Linda is amongst the 1% of world's female population to actually ride a bike so she's definitely not scared! Secondly, seeing her determination I can tell she's a badass person in general that's for sure! Finally she has this good vibe amazing smile you can't go wrong with👌🏻 go girl!
That was brilliant, Jerry, so awesome to see that sort of improvement. I just passed 100000Km of adventures on my bike and this has reminded me to get into a car-park and hone up these skills again. Great stuff as always mate.
nicely done Linda & Coach Jerry!
wooohooo, way to go Linda. Well done Jerry, nice to see someone progress so much
love it, says a lot about your dedication to your students Jerry.
Wow! What an improvement! She looks like a different rider. Great job!!
Well done LInda!! Did you get tired of Jerry telling you to "Turn your Head!!" ? 🤣 Trust your eyes and the lean. Mucho Better!! 👍
Great progress! Always had faith in Jerry! Great job Linda keep it up!
Hi Jerry! I am in awe of your generosity, expertise and passion for this work. And I am also in all of how you evoke the same passion and dedication in students such as this one. GO JERRY, GO LINDA!!!!
Thank you.
Linking moments of brilliance! I love it, both you and Linda did a great job. Very happy she is getting a feeling for handling her Indian.
Thank you. I need a training session like this
This is awesome. I like to see people conquer there fears. Good job.
This was very helpful for me. Thank you! Even though this is two years old, you’re still helping people.
Look at her renewed confidence!!
Well done for keeping at it and not giving up - a huge improvement :)
Proof that it works and you must practice!
That is so awesome. You are a great teacher Sir. Awesome Linda keep up the good work.
GREAT ! I knew Jerry would come through for Linda!... great job Linda!
Jerry you are an amazing coach!
Wow, these videos with Linda are great 👍 in Germany we have to do these exercises to get the driver's license. Drivers license with the test on the end are expensive, but we have a good training. We still have to do some exercises. It's important to save our lives.
You really do a good job 👍👍
Thanks! 😃
Great patient instruction!
Great job! Kudos to you Jerry and Linda. You helped Linda get really far. Keep up the good work Linda and practice practice practice
thank you.
You go girl you did it.
Awesome progress! Way to go Linda!
Your an amazing teacher motorman love your videos!!!
This is inspiring. Wish all instructors are like you. Keep up the good work man. Great improvement Linda!
Wow Linda!! Making the Tribe proud! #Indian
WTG MotorMan! Your dedication to teaching is a true inspiration. 🤙🏼
Just got the same bike, went down to reduced reach bars it helped somewhat, still struggling though, this is amazing 🤩
This is Brilliant!
I really appreciate your video lessons and tips. The first vehicle I purchased was a bike in 75. Last month I started riding again after a 2 yrs off due to a nerve problem in my neck. Couldn’t turn my neck or carry the weight of a helmet. Your videos are helping me get back the feel.
I have one of your signed dvds from the 2000’s.
My bike, a ctx700, was the worst bike I have ever had for enticing fear in me when turning. After a few weeks I realized it was the seating position! The foot controls on that bike a very far forward for a short person. I had a machinist make a sub frame and pull back and lift up the foot controls to put me in a neutral position. I was back to making those turns in just a few minutes.
Some times people may consider a different seating position ( different bike or a modification ) to help with their fear.
Brilliant rider, proper confident. A lot of that's thanks to a great teacher, Jerry 😉
Nice one buddy.
Thanks 👍
Good job Linda and Jerry! Keep up the good work!
Going to be taking classes soon and Ms. Linda is an encouragement. I'm going to get on my bicycle and practice leaning... for some reason I feel like I will have the same issue.
Good training job Motorman. And a great improvement Linda!
Thank you!
Great job!!
The human body and brain contain more talent than we are aware of. The truth is, you can learn just about anything if you stick with it and don't give up. Jerry's video's are clear proof of that.
She has transformed very quick...
Glad to see her improvements she has the thrive to ride just a lil more practice and she well be a 👌 rider
Hi there Ride like a pro, that was great teaching, that lady had superb control after such a short time & yes,I caught the leaning, that was a brilliant way to use the mountain bike at first,I'm just starting to learn to lean, not as good as that lady,I watched a video of you 2 - 3 weeks ago,you were circulating round & the circles were 3 - 4 metres & your total control was immense, I remember you saying ,you can use quick short blasts of the throttle & that's what I'm going to try at my next practice session, I'm learning on my Yamaha sr 125cc ,thank you for your fine teachings friend 🙂🙂🙂
Well done Mr Jerry
Nice transformation!
Good for her! What great progress!
You are an excellent instructor. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Maestro.
Greatings from Mexico.
You are very welcome
