These beautiful, popular "macrophylla" varieties that people see in this video are all sterile/faux flowers. Notice how you never see bees/pollinators around these things. The only true AMERICAN hydrangeas are "arborescens" and "quercifolia" but people usually prefer the beautiful, showy ones in this video which are native to China/Japan/Korea.
