- In this video I go through the process of building a custom exhaust, to the customer's own design, on his Triumph T140 Bonneville custom Flat Tracker, and although not intended to be a "how to", you may see one or two useful tips and tricks that could help you with your own build.
Watch to the end to see him kick it into life!

Beautiful bit of work and the sound is spot on! Thanks for taking the time and effort to shoot the video too! Would love a set like that on my T140.
Beautiful work, thanks for sharing your techniques on all your videos. You helped me refine my process. I built a system for my Ducati in mild steel last year, and I just started a new system in stainless. It will be much nicer thanks to these videos.
Glad I could help Shaun 👍
Superb. Nothing less.
Glad you like it!
17:44: How many years behind that piece of muscle memory? 1st. class.
Ha Ha, about 20 years or so.....👍
Nice job. Workshop is a work of art too!
megaphone brackets are really clever , too. Thank you again
Been doing this my entire life. His bending equipment has to be 125,000. with mandrels. This craftsman is insanely good.
A real inspiration. The exhausts sounded really nice to.
Looks fantastic and sounds fantastic 🏁👌🏻
Brilliant video, you gave me inspiration for silencing my megaphone, thank you!!
Thanks for the comment, this is exactly why I make the video's 👍
Great work and video, many thanks. Would love to see something similar on my Laverda triple one day.
13:34 - Glass-packs!
19:53 - We used Terry-springs on the F1

😂 His name was Mark,,,,

What settings and tungsten are you using? Great job. Having the ability to do everything in house is definitely a benefit.
Thanks for the comment, 2% Thoriated 3/32" 👍
От коллеги 👍.
Beautiful job. i have to do one for my T140 dirt bike project soon, very inspiring. It is a shame you are not local. Being new to tig welding, can you explain what seem to be a pulsing arc on the tig?
Thank you 👍 It's just a technique which allows full penetration without putting too much background heat into the material.
Beautiful work! What gas are you using, and what's the flow rate? And I've never seen the big cup like that before. What's the purpose?
Pure Argon, about 12 cfm, the big ceramic is for better gas coverage 👍
@@LANCETHEGASS Cool! Thanks!
Another great explanation to make a beautiful exhaust.
What is the brand and type of the bending machine and expander machine.
Thank you.
Thanks for commenting, Bender is a Transfluid DB 2060K, and the expander is an Avamatic AV75.
Sounds nice
Brilliant, how much do these pipes cost.
Thank you, but no two jobs are the same, best to DM me.
Really lovely work. Thank you for sharing the process.
What's the material?
Thanks for the comment, 304 stainless 👍
