    Recipe:
    1 lb ground chicken
    ½ cup breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon summer savory
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    Honey Mustard:
    ¼ cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    1 tablespoon dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons honey
    1. Add ground chicken to a bowl along with breadcrumbs, mayo, minced onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, thyme, summer savory, salt and pepper.
    2. Mix it with your hands until everything is combined.
    3. Divide mixture into 4 to 6 patties depending on how big you want them.
    4. To make the honey mustard spread, add the mayo, dijon mustard, yellow mustard and honey into a bowl and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Cut burger buns in half. Add a thin layer of butter to both sides of the bun.
    6. Toast the buns on medium heat until browned.
    7. Add a little oil to the same pan on medium heat and fry each chicken patty on one side for around 5 minutes, once it is browned, flip to cook on the other side for 5 minutes.
    8. To check if the chicken is cooked through, use a thermometer, it should be at 165°F.
    9. If adding cheese, turn off the heat and add it to the top of the patty and cover with a lid to melt
    10. Add a dollop of the honey mustard to both sides of the bun, and lettuce and tomato on the top side. Add the chicken patty on the bottom and pickles on top. Or use whatever toppings you like.
    11. Close the bun on top and enjoy!

All the garlic and herb flavors remind me of the chicken sausage links for grilling. Can't wait to try it! Ps.. and they're so pretty!😍
