Girl! The lumify eye drops are dangerous for everyday use. The reason they make your eyes less red is because they constrict the small capillaries in your eyes. This is safe once in a while, but if you use it frequently you are chronically reducing the blood flow in your eyes which will be problematic for you in the future. I’m a nurse and if I try to wear foundation I instantly break out due to my mask. I focus on a good skincare routine, I put some mascara and a little tinted brow gel. My skin cleared up and i couldn’t be happier.
I’m a nurse too. Why do I still wear blush to work? I have no idea 🤷♀️ 😂. I guess I just like putting it on. Then the mask goes on and it’s all over. 😂

Steph is just so naturally beautiful. I think she looks great fresh faced. Although I obviously love her when she's glammed up too. I swear one day I'm going to be comfortable enough in my own skin to go makeup free I hope. It's actually kind of a "goal" as silly as it sounds. 🤷🏻♀️

Having a puffy face in the morning may be a sign that our liver is working hard (due to allergies, and food that are not good especially to have in the evening). Having more salad at night, and drinking home-made lemon juice in the morning can make a big difference and it is so healthy :)
make sure you drink the lemon juice with a straw though, as it can errode your teeth 🍋

I have dark circles and rosacea too, so I know exactly what you mean. A little self tanner on the face does help a bit to even things out.
I FEEL YOU! I have rosacea too. It’s the worst. Try the product “Prosacea”. I found it on amazon for $8 and honestly it’s been a game changer. Allows me to go without makeup. I’ve been using it about a month and my mind is blown. Been recommending it to everyone I know who struggles with rosacea. Xx.
I suffer from rosacea too but you can keep it under control if you find a good dermatologist who doesn’t make you buy only one product. I found out that changing the creams during the healing garantees better results!! Also find what face creams and make up products work better for you by reading the ingredients because commercial make up has many chemicals in it.
