Since I'm from India, coconut oil, turmeric, honey, lemon etc are used for beauty benefits since ages.... My family's go to DIYs are below.
      1. Honey and lemon mask.
      2. Pinch of turmeric, gram flour, lemon n rose water.
      3. Ripe papaya. Rub it all over face.
      4. Sugar and tomato scrub.
      5. Alovera.
There are many Ayurvedic hurbs we use also.
PS: your channel is great....keep it up.

I loved this. I have been a holistic master esthetician for almost 4 decades ( I know I have said that). I teach beauty holistically and loving one’s self and accepting the journey in aging. No injectable’s or invasive procedures.
Natural ingredients you have at home absolutely work.
Castor oil for healing and hair growth
Apple cider vinegar toners and drinking it for gut health.
    Turmeric for Melasma
Manuka honey & aspirin masks for acne and thick dull skin. Just to name a few. Most of the products out there are simply said , filled with poor ingredients.
I enjoyed seeing some of the items you use.
    Blessings M and everyone 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa

Thank you for this video. A couple years ago I switched from store-bought facial cleansers and moisturizers to using oat flour, rye flour, and chickpea flour as a cleanser and jojoba oil as a moisturizer. My skin absolutely loves it. It's so cheap too. I used to mix turmeric in with the flour, but I got tired of it dying everything yellow. I should try your mask because I loved the effects of turmeric.

Okay but you are not looking like your turning 32 this year. You are like a sister for me, just inspiringand cool. I am 17 and use self made body care since many years. A deo just made by coconut oil and soda. For my skin I made a cream, including shea butter,St. John's wort oil, water cress, cucumber extract, aloe vera and a few other ingridients( the translator tells weird names for them, so I am not sure wether it's the right word and I want nobody to get harmed by the wrong ingridients haha). Let's see how I'll look in a few years. Anyways thank you for sharing your tricks I m certainly going to try them♡ If you never tried jojoba oil then I highly recommend that for you- it's amazing for hair and skin♡

I really love making a mask with matcha green tea. I will sometimes use a bit of honey and olive or coconut oil and put it on my face for 5-30 minutes. It's a great antioxidant for the face and helps me with any blemishes. It is also great a great moisturizer when I need it especially when it is dry and cold. For an exfoliating mask i will use ground coffee and again olive or coconut oil. It gets rid of dead skin and also moisturizes my skin I leave it on for about 5 minutes. Thanks for sharing your beauty tips. I will have to try the sock curl trick.

I love the coffee scrub! I use it as well! One of my go to’s is tea tree oil! While it can be drying to the skin, it does help with unwanted acne, it’s a natural antiseptic, it’s good for a dry scalp and so much more!

May I ask what kind of dog you have? My sister has a dog that literally looks just like yours. She adopted her from the shelter so we never knew exactly what breed she was. We know she’s part Dachshund, but that’s it. Just curious. Love your videos and simplistic way of living! :)

One face mask I've often used growing up is Multani mitti powder mixed with rose water/honey/curd/milk. It helps unclog pores, reduces acne and gives the face an overall glow. This is a common beauty hack in Indian households.

Thank you for your great video. I want to add something: mix Chamomile powder with yoghurt. Put it in your skin until it's dry (spare around the eyes) and then remove it and wash your face. It's a Miracle for skin specially for the ones whith acne problems. Thank me later😉
