I love your recipe, the dressing sounds so refreshing for spring and summer. My favorite natural beauty tip is moisturizing my body with unrefined organic almond oil every morning 💙🌞
Thank you for this video. A couple years ago I switched from store-bought facial cleansers and moisturizers to using oat flour, rye flour, and chickpea flour as a cleanser and jojoba oil as a moisturizer. My skin absolutely loves it. It's so cheap too. I used to mix turmeric in with the flour, but I got tired of it dying everything yellow. I should try your mask because I loved the effects of turmeric.
As much as i love this… I’ve learned the hard way to leave kitchen ingredients in the kitchen and not on my skin!! (Coffee and sugar are the worst thing to use as an exfoliant because of the uneven cut) I love how therapeutic your videos are though 💓

Thank you for your great video. I want to add something: mix Chamomile powder with yoghurt. Put it in your skin until it's dry (spare around the eyes) and then remove it and wash your face. It's a Miracle for skin specially for the ones whith acne problems. Thank me later😉
This video is so relaxing. Thank you for the tips! Do you have a video of hair tips?
Your natural beauty tips have been quite informative, I have learned some new things. The versatility in the topics of your videos is not only broad, but quite enjoyable. Beauty radiates from within, how true. And is still in the eye of the beholder. 😎
Thanks John. I'm trying to cover all different aspects of minimalism. Glad you enjoy them 😁👍

Hi I asked before about your shower products. What castile soap do you use? I have been looking for a natural moisturizing soap.
