Love this video, Holistic Esthetician approved : ) One thing that I love to do with my clients is to make a large batch of calming tea, strain it, then soak organic towels in the tea and this makes a lovely hot towel herbal face compress. These towels can be microwaved too for those wanting to create a lovely spa experience at home.

Hi!!! First off THANK YOU!!!!! I know these stunning videos are works of art that take so much time to prepare. They are blessing my life and healing my soul - so thank you. I discovered you about a month ago and watching one of your UA-cam videos is now part of my daily morning routine because of how uplifting and soul-nourishing they are. This video is soo fun! I want to try all of it. But question: I cannot tell you how much money I have wasted trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner for myself. I (like you) have very long hair and it is a bit textured. I feel like all the shampoos I use no matter how natural and how much I try to rinse leave a residue. I would love to know what shampoo and conditioner you use and I would also love to know how often you shampoo your hair each week. Thank you again!

Okay but you are not looking like your turning 32 this year. You are like a sister for me, just inspiringand cool. I am 17 and use self made body care since many years. A deo just made by coconut oil and soda. For my skin I made a cream, including shea butter,St. John's wort oil, water cress, cucumber extract, aloe vera and a few other ingridients( the translator tells weird names for them, so I am not sure wether it's the right word and I want nobody to get harmed by the wrong ingridients haha). Let's see how I'll look in a few years. Anyways thank you for sharing your tricks I m certainly going to try them♡ If you never tried jojoba oil then I highly recommend that for you- it's amazing for hair and skin♡
Thank you so much for those amazing tips! ❤️ I love to use coffee-scrub too. I also like to use cistus tee as a toner, a mask or even a bath, and of course drinking it, for me the best natural skincare.
*You can't change your situation, you can only change how you deal with it. Life will always happen, the question is; "Are you going to put in the work?"*
I use coconut oil as an eye makeup remover. I also use it for "oil pulling" and swish it around in my mouth, for 20 minutes or so, to remove mouth bacteria, before I brush my teeth in the morning. Sam's Club sells a hue tub of it for $9.
Thank you for the tips! How specifically, and thorughly you took the time to describe for us- Especially the masks! I love, love the simplicity~ Easily my new favorite channel!
I stopped buying body/face scrubs years ago because I make my own using dark brown sugar, EVOO and essential oil. On hair wash day, I put ASV and filtered water in a spray bottle, part my hair, spray on my scalp, massage, leave it on for 20 minutes and shampoo my hair. It definitely helps with my dandruff issues. It’s so much natural and cheaper to make your own concoctions because you know exactly what’s in it.
What are some of your favorite natural beauty tips? 🥰
What works for me: eat clean, drink water, sleep well, massage my body, move my body and so many more 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Anyways thank you for sharing your tricks I m certainly going to try them♡ If you never tried jojoba oil then I highly recommend that for you- it's amazing for hair and skin♡
aww thank you so much! so cool you make your own deodorant
Thank you so much for those amazing tips! ❤️ I love to use coffee-scrub too. I also like to use cistus tee as a toner, a mask or even a bath, and of course drinking it, for me the best natural skincare.

How specifically, and thorughly you took the time to describe for us-
Especially the masks!
I love, love the simplicity~

Body moisturiser - cold pressed macadamia oil from the supermarket, with drops of lavender oil for fragrance - gorgeous and super cheap! :)

Love this! I did quite a few tips like this video and it really worked.
