Hi Mindy. Be sure to be careful with all your no sugar added food. A lot of times there are sugar substitutes. So you have to read the ingredients. For instance, the oats have Sucralose in place of the sugar which is like having Splenda. So you may prefer artificial over sugar but wanted you to be aware. I would stay away from aspartame imo.
it’s better to buy oats organic as they’re less likely to be contaminated with glyphosate. Same with any kind of grains or wheat! Just something to consider ☺️

My brother in law's car got stroke by lightning and it shut down. He could not turn it on, nothing worked and it turned out to that the lighting messed up the car computer. It was a Mitsibishi Eclipse.

Just something other than the same thing you wear in your vlogs. I mean, love that you have your go to outfit but it’d be fun to see you in something different.

Leggings are extremely comfortable and they are a lot more comfortable than jeans, also cute outfits when you have a toddler, work at home, live a very active lifestyle are not practical. MIndy also has beautiful clothes for special occasions and she looks fantastic in leggings. Do you watch her channel for what she wears?

Sucralose (which is in those oats) can be hard on your stomach. So if you start having stomach issues again, it could be that!!
oats are not that good for the digestive system I have read.. I never eat oats .
