Should add a cloud communicating 24/7 thermal temperature gauge or gauges they are able to communicate with each other automating data collection and final fail safe controls for any temp past a specific one to control the flow of air or fluid if you want that ease of energy footprint optimization and best efficiency possible able to halt overflow or keep blowers from having 24/7 run time especially when a specific temp flow and pressure is inserted onto their own app operated by the same person who controls the rest of a potential entire building management system seamlessly integrating into preexisting or new electrical and or plumbing piping utility management system leaving far fewer people necessary to go to in case of an emergency.
The filter should be integrated into the fan system although you could scratch the filter and replace with energy efficiency monitoring and optimization is very very essential to it being a viable enterprise to experiment into. I would also add that I’m sure the reason for not showing us actual liquid moving throughout the system is no way due to the one fan being small and pipe layout currently wouldn’t create anywhere near the desired flow for optimal viability. Or any viability. It’s not like seeing the system work for real would have been the payoff money shot for any content like this.

It’s a cpvc boshart with inserts to reduce the size, but it’s expensive. I would order something already 1 inch and cheaper next time, but I was in a time crunch.

Thank you. With 2s19’s you will be more than happy with this same heat exchanger the 1890 model. It’s exceeded my expectations, a much better Delta T. This model comes in a shorter 2 fan option as well. I can’t speak to whether that model will big enough to get the job done or come up short, so I’d play it safe.
@@broncocrwl Haha…I got mine from Alibaba, but the specific supplier I used is no longer available. The models are somewhat confusing, so I will go measure my unit as it looks very similar to the 1680 series. I’ll get back to you today.

@@broncocrwl haven’t been home yet to measure, but consider aluminum or 1/2 HDPE for the tank, glass works and looks cool…but also very fragile, you can modify the metal easier.
When I test it, If it’s starving for air I’m going to either move the top of storage lid forwards to create overhead air flow, or put vents in each side, tbd
